Maryam was very professional, great customer service. I highly recommend her services. She had great recommendations with hair styles and tips on how to keep my hair healthy. If you go there make an appointment with her. If you choose to go to fantastic sams use the website for an appointment it makes things so much earlier for the beauticians and barbers.
I have never in my life had such a terrible haircut. My hairstylist was Kalya (or some variation of that name, I can't completely remember). She was very distracted during my session, rambling about her personal life. Never once did she give me or my haircut her full attention. Not only that, I guess the manager had done a poor job with the scheduling, as her manager had meant to schedule her for a later shift. So she was actually scheduled to leave about 30 minutes after my appointment and was rushing to get my session done. She actually took a phone call with her manager in the middle of my haircut, another distraction and rant I had to endure. I had asked her to prepare my hair for a donation. She had my hair split in two, and actually cut 1 side a whole inch shorter than the other! My hair ended up being cut extremely short when she tried to even it out. But in the end, because she was rushing to leave and was so incredibly distracted, there were random clumps of hair that were longer than the rest of my hair. My hair is so incredibly choppy and uneven at this point. But it's so short already I don't want anything more done with it to make it even shorter. I tried calling the salon later that day, but because of the manager's poor scheduling, the salon was closed and there was no one I could speak to. Overall, I'm extremely unhappy and will definitely not be returning.

Rushed haircut, terrible result, did not evrn asknif i wanted gel or cream on my hair!!!!
I had gone to tjis location seversl times was never bad nor fantastic just average, but conveniently located but this will be my last time ever.
Did not have an appointment but I was seen right away. I only needed a trim on my bangs. Having the appointment will help as I just got lucky to be seen alright at 5:05pm the lady's 5:15 apt was due soon. But it would be best to call ahead to book an appointment so you are not waiting forever.

Unfortunately Jesse did a terrible job. He was nice enough but the color in my daughter’s hair started coming out within a few days and she hadn’t even washed her hair yet. She didn’t even get it wet. They are probably fine with just haircuts I guess. I can’t recommend them for color. At least not Jesse. Maybe someone else there is good. They should have offered a refund when they saw my daughter’s hair but it was left to the “owner” to make that decision. They never called us back (of course). Oh well. Live and learn. Thank goodness there are other businesses in town.
I am very happy with the service that my daughter and I received at this Fantastic Sam's today. My sister referred us to this location she has gotten her hair done by Fabian. My daughter and I had our hair done by Tereza and she was amazing, kind and talented hairstylist!! She did exactly the hairstyles I asked for. I truly appreciate her time and talent because it's hard to find a good stylist who cares about her work.
I moved from Trilogy - Corona to Rancho Cucamonga and was my 1st time there .. Tried to swich locations due distance ... Was a bad idea! ... Worse customer service ever!!! ... 1st appointment was canceled and they never called, the stylist didnt show up ...rescheduled for next day and they just changed it without even infom me or call ... Anyway I was there and was about just past it but... the worse annoying thing was the front desk person trying to make me believe and look that was my fault and not their disorganization... She finally acknowledged their mistake and told me that someone changed my appointment... anyway after almost 45 min waiting, seem Walk ins taken .. Totally neglected... I just decided to call the Corona location, drove almost 1 hr to my usual location with the wonderful Erika! Who took me with a last min appointment... Def Worth the drive!
