It’s been over 5 years since I been to this shop but I will say this a great shop , Linda alway made me feel great when I walked in the door. My husband would drive 2 in a half hours from Hays Ks to her. Since we have moved back to Houston haven’t been back to her shop.
I enter the hair store part to look for ponytail holders for my daughter and the store was out of them, so I decided to shop around and I found a few things for myself. So I took my items to the counter and two young ladies was there, so I waited standing at the counter because one of the ladies was checking out someone from the hair shop part. Bug when that customer checked out and left, I was still standing ready to get check out next and the two ladies didn’t acknowledge me like I wasn’t standing there waiting, they continue talking and playing with the one that had on a wig. So I politely walked away and left the things on the counter. Very sad!!! Guess my money don’t spend.
You ladies are beautiful. I went in a shattered mess and came out a beautiful, confident person just glowing with happiness because of your kindness, discretion and I will absolutely be back. Thank you for being there and for what you've done for me. I'm so grateful.????
Just stopped in to look at products, great selection. Getting hair braided up front of store makes me nervous...(young girl was getting braids) looked really nice.
If it’s not lindi herself I will not recommend getting your hair done went to get my hair done by one of the other ladies and I was waiting three hours AFTER I BOOKED DUE TO THE FSCT SHE WAS STILL ON THE OTHER WOMAN’s head than when she did start on my head we STOPPED TWICE ONE SO SHE CAN FINISH UP THE LADY’s head that had to run to another store to buy some hair care products and another time so she could eat and at this point had I not paid ahead of time I would have walked out but I stayed to get it finished and ain’t been back. Very disappointed about it
I had an appointment at 930am. I showed up early and they tell me my appointment wasn't until 11am. I put the appointment time in my phone the same day, at the same time, I made the appointment in Linde's store. This is the 2nd time this has happened where they told me my appointment time is wrong. I watched her write the appointment in the book(schedule) but the lady do not want to show me the book where she wrote it in at. Very unprofessional and in denial about the mistake/error she made of double booking. I will not be returning. Bad customer service. Just admit your mistake and make it right don't deny it like you didn't mess up.
I took my oldest i. To get hair done the lady who did it done a very nice job I left a 25 dollar tip for her so about 20/25% tip of my bill. Been waiting since that day for her to get back with me to get my youngest hair done been over a month… we talked numerous of times and was suppose to get it done asap then she has me write my number down the day I was there and there was maybe 5 people in front of me again at that point. Hate to bring that I’m white up but it seems she keeps putting every other person in front of me
I am VERY pleased with this salon! They’re a complete business! They got everything you need and offer many services for men, women and kids. I had to call last minute to get my box braids done and Linde accepted me quickly! Auntie did a SPECTACULAR job!! Everyone, including myself are obsessed with how good my braids look! Prices are accurate and the service from Cece, Auntie and Linde is FLAWLESS! The entire good vibes of the place is worth the wait while you get your hair done!!! 10/10 Definitely recommended!!
