My first dip powder manicure with Li came out perfect. I did not book with her, but got lucky enough to have her do my nails- she told me all her clients can last up to four weeks… If you get your nails done you know this is nearly impossible!
Low and behold today was my four week and I was so impressed that she was right. Li thank you for your hard work and finesse when it comes to beauty!
Ps- she’s got a “grate” sense of humor if her work isn’t enough! During my deluxe gel pedi, she asked if I wanted the cheese grater… ;-)
This place is going downhill. They raised the price and don't let customers know beforehand. Seems like Amy and Ken just don't care anymore, I think they let the workers try to run it which is horrible. Every time I go in there it seems like a customer is complaining. It's definitely not like it used to be horrible service now. I was just there on Saturday and the person that did my nails didn't even have the correct products to do them and couldn't get a hold of Amy. I don't blame her because she is great and i will miss her doing my nails.
This is the absolute best nail salon I have been to! I definitely recommend anyone to get services here! Nicole and V are the best! Everyone here always brightens up my day the energy is so good at this establishment! Worth every penny!
I have been going to Snappy Nails for years. This last visit did me in. While getting a pedicure I noticed several times the girls would speak in their “Native Language” and laugh at the clients that were being serviced. When I asked the young lady next to me why they were laughing. Her response was it happens every time I am here. I told that that is totally rude and unacceptable. I will not go back. There are plenty of places that can provide the same services and not feel like you never know what they’re saying behind your back.
I called today and was able to get an appt right away. Everyone was very nice. It was very clean. I feel so much better!

Very impressed with my pedicure! The front desk and my nail tech were very friendly and accommodating. I don't personally enjoy pedicures, so cannot speak to the service itself. However, the end results were immaculate and the nails are evenly shaped, which is something I do actually care about. As someone who works in the spa profession, I pay attention to sanitary processes and behaviours, and I felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going there on and off since it opened. I live in Deerfield. And it just keeps getting worse. I got acrylic nail fill. And I wanted a little bit of sparkle polish on one finger and on the tips of the others. And she put so much on it never dried. And it’s thick as can be. $40 and I have to go and have this removed and repolished. It just keeps getting worse. And reading the other reviews. I had an appointment and I was not even greeted when I walked in they just looked at me. They don’t talk to you they talk in a different language to each other in a whisper. And nobody’s around. I had to ask who are you talking to. And I never had to wash my hands. That was the first time after they had done the fill.
I always get regular gel polish on my hands and feet whenever I come here and they never disappoint. I haven't gotten a pedicure since before COVID (2020) and it showed. Maggie understood and took her time and scrubbed the heck out of my crusty heels. She even went back in when she wasn't satisfied. Let me tell you my hands and feet look and feel spectacular.
