Doesn’t have a clear understanding of what natural means and tries to explain why she doesn’t give you what you requested. I clearly stated for eyelash extensions with a natural look and was given whatever you wanted. If you didn’t comprehend what was requested you should have gotten clarification. Now you giving excuses.
If you enjoy overpaying then this is the place for you! When you see them pull out the box, that's when your bill starts to rise so ask questions.
They did an excellent job. My mom and I loved it! It’s a little pricey but totally worth it.
Appointment was for two and after 2 hours only one of us had been served. The nail manicure was very poorly done in all of 20 minutes. The pedicure took more than 1 hour and was okay. The price for one manicure and pedicure was $85 and they came to my car and said I owed another $5. Worst place to get some professional pampering and attention to hands and feet. I will not be back nor recommend this business to any one .
Worst nail salon ever, please don’t go and waste your money. I just went to get my eyebrows done, they made me sit in front of the whole salon. They don’t even have a room for privacy. The lady didn’t even brush my eyebrow or actually look at my eyebrows to see what she was doing. After I corrected her and asked what she is doing she refused to finish the job. This is the worst nail salon in winter haven. And when I get a full set here my nails always turn out horrible. Very thick and sloppy!!
Due to COVID I was very hesitent to have my nails done. My husband actually went to get a pedicure and was very happy with how professional and clean the shop is. I went with him the next time he went and I was very comfortable and confident in how careful they were in masking , distancing and sanitizing . My nails looked fantastic after months of neglect on my part. I just went again for the 2nd time and once again I was very happy. They are very personable and engaging with their customers. Price was great too.
Well..to start...when we came in the lady had an appointment already set. So she took us, the appointment came in and was upset. Then once we showed the picture of the nails that we wanted, she said she could do them. And she could not do the simple checkerboard design on one nail on each hand. Then the lady was rushing. Actually got upset when she was asked to correct them. The price was CRAZY. $106 later, we leave a little peeved but OK BC the nails looked nice. Mind u...I only paid for one person. Stilletto nails with diamonds and two different colors gel nail colors, and she had her toes painted. Now five days later, two nails have now come off. And then....since I'm telling, she charges $1 per minute if your getting your feet done and use the massage chair. Will not ever patronize again.
