I love getting my hair braided here they did an exceptional job!
I called and I requested for Fatima to braid my hair ONLY... She had someone else to braid my hair. I had already waited over an hour for her ONLY... I'm still in the mirror trying to fix my hair. Braids are VERY EXPENSIVE. I felt some kind of way when I was repeatedly asked how am I doing... I repeatedly said I'm good...I didn't understand that. Fatima is very good with braiding hair and she is REALLY NICE. I drove very far for her service and I didn't get it!.
First I want to say they did my braids very pretty. what I did not like about the service was stopping in between to talk on the phone, text message , go get food, have conversations with one another and the whole time they're stopping every time while doing my hair. So just be ready for the extra...
I love my hair Everytime! Could use some more workers to help spend up the time. But other than that, they do a Awesome job!!
I paid 200 for my braids just for the front to be longer and fatter than the back! The braids are ugly I’m so upset and I was a loyal customer but, they DEFINITELY lost out on me and my money! They rushed and I practically was the only person in the shop for 2hrs straight before anybody came in. I don’t even want to take pictures because, I hate it! My braids are burnt because they BURNT my weave who does that? So definitely don’t go to them! They only do good when they want to I have to have this in my head for 2 months and it’s horrible
Great place where you can get an African style hair done at an affordable price and also shop for amazing African clothes and other fabrics. I refer most of my customers to this place and i am a Cab driver. Haven't heard any negative feedback since 3years that I have been referring people here. Don't take my word for it. Go experience it yourself!
First of all... Im pissed bc the owner is cheap as hell. I drove way from Castleton and made an appointment at 2pm for 5pm. I got here 15 mins early to find out that I cant get my hair done the way I want it done, no one to do it, waited for 1 damn hour and still got told to come bk bc everyone is cooking at home. And I would get a discount of 20.00. Like what the hell 20.00 for wasting my damn time. This place will never get anymore of my money and I have been coming here for years. No kind of customer service from the damn owner.
If you want disorganized customer service then come here. If not go somewhere else.
Went in there jan to get braids they are rude went to get braids out needles to say due to all the tension placed on my hair back in January I want up having to cut all my hair off due to the knots that were left in my hair I will never ever go back. The one lady was very nice but the other people is rude don't speak just have a seat and that's it and start working on your head other than being easy on your scalp when your hair they pull your hair you got two people working on your head at the same time and run is pulling and making one part tighter than what it should be so ladies beware young people snatch your hair out purposely
