Quick Facts About Fiji Nails

Fiji Nails place has received a mix of positive and negative comments. In order to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, let's take a closer look at each aspect mentioned in the comments.
One of the strengths mentioned is the location of the salon. It is conveniently located near the commenter's house, which suggests that Fiji Nails might be accessible to a large number of potential customers in the area. Being close to a customer's home can be a significant advantage, as it saves time and transportation costs.
Another positive aspect mentioned is the care provided during the gel nail polish removal process. The commenter felt that they were taken good care of during this service. This indicates that Fiji Nails might have skilled technicians who are capable of handling delicate tasks like gel polish removal effectively and with attention to detail, providing a positive experience for customers.
The availability of a massage chair and the flexibility shown by allowing the commenter to sit in it longer to let their nails dry demonstrates that Fiji Nails values customer comfort and satisfaction. This can be seen as a strength, as it suggests that the salon goes the extra mile to ensure their customers have a pleasant and relaxing experience.
However, Fiji Nails also has several weaknesses that were mentioned in the comments. One of the most concerning weaknesses is the lack of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols. One commenter witnessed a client receiving a service from a manicurist who had long dirty fingernails and was not wearing gloves. Additionally, the electric nail file was not sanitized. This is a severe violation of basic health and safety standards and could put customers at risk of infections or other health issues. These observations raise serious concerns about the salon's commitment to cleanliness and customer well-being.
Some commenters mentioned issues with customer service. One mentioned that the massage function on the chairs did not work, and when brought to the staff's attention, they received a dismissive response. Additionally, another commenter mentioned that the salon seemed disorganized and did not respect appointment times. These weaknesses suggest a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach, potentially leading to negative experiences for customers.
Several comments highlighted issues with the quality of the services provided at Fiji Nails. One commenter mentioned that their pedicure was fine, but nothing exceptional. Another commenter expressed disappointment in their gel fill, as their nails ended up with lumps, chips, and an overall rough appearance. These complaints suggest that the salon's services might be inconsistent in terms of quality, and some customers may not receive the desired results.
Overall, based on the comments, Fiji Nails place has some strengths, such as its convenient location and care during certain services. However, it also has significant weaknesses, including concerns about cleanliness, customer service, and service quality. These weaknesses could potentially outweigh the strengths and deter customers from visiting or returning to the salon.

Worst fullest I’ve ever gotten in my life!! I got these done Saturday! Legitimately have plastic nail showing!
Would not recommend. Yes they are nice but do not waste money for someone to be nice to you! Filed incorrectly, acrylic does not cover entire nail. Will not be going back.
I love this place, only 8 minutes away from my house!! Had to get gel nail polish taken off and they take really good care of you. I especially love their pedicures and they even let me sit in the massage chair a bit longer to let my nails dry i love it!!
Absolutely disgusting. Walked in on client getting nails removed by a man with long dirty fingernails and no gloves. Client had a broken nail (visible wound) and manicurist took no precautions for health and safety. I’m certain the electric nail file being used was also not sanitized. Will be reporting to the health department, as this was unacceptable!
Had an appointment for a Saturday morning for pedis. We were greeted when we came in and were given our chairs pretty quickly. The massage function on the chairs didn't work at all, and when asked about it we just got a half laugh or a smirk and shoulder shrug. Oh well, we weren't there for massages. My water was way, way too hot, which I did bring to their attention but little was done to cool it off since they left us unattended and my tub was almost overflowing. The jets in the other tub fell off when they finally turned them on. We did wait awhile before being attended to once seated.
The pedis themselves are pretty standard quality from similarly priced salons, no complaints but nothing to write home about.
Overall, this wouldn't be my first pick for salons but certainly not the worst.
Sorry to say I won't go back. I was looking for a place close to home but this isn't it. Pedicure was fine but I was shocked when the woman offered to use a razor on my feet. My feet aren't in need of that treatment and IT'S NOT LEGAL for her to do that, EVER! I also had a fill with gel polish. It's been a week and the scabs are about healed but the nail have lumps, chips and just look rough in general.
If I could rate them with a zero, I would. I tried this place a couple years ago and my nails looks horrible. My mother in law started going there and goes every 2 weeks and loves it. So I thought maybe they got new people or new management. I went there last night and almost left in tears. I didn't even want them to attempt to fix my nails, I just wanted out of there. You couldn't pay me to go back again.
From what I’ve heard this place does a pretty good job...the bad side is that they seem to have no business experience whatsoever. My girlfriend made an appointment and they did nothing to respect it to say the least. No greeting when we came in...absolutely no recognition of sense of urgency. The place was a mess; they left everything cluttered in a visible hallway. This is a first come first serve place because they care about the money, not the customer. This is only a good place if you have A LOT of time to waste. I’m surprised they have any customer base at all. Never come here if you want to be respected because that’s what every customer deserves.
