Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just left there. Made an appointment at 9:30 for 10:30. They didn't start my nails until 11:20. They rushed And did a poor job. I asked for black nails. Thought that's what they were doing, but it was actually dark purple with glitter.. They put black on my toes. So I don't know how they got it messed up. Toes are not cleaned and cut poorly. I will never go here again.
After searching for 2y a great nail salon, this is the one. I am truly happy with the ir service and everyone is soooo amazing, have great attitude great energy. I highly recommend SNS. Thank you ????
I always come to Nail Protect to get my nails done. Their services are the best around. My nails always last for weeks. All of the nail techs offer exceptional and quality service. You will not leave disappointed.
Seats are very comfortable. I have gotten the same service but better at another place in conyers. They didn't message by feet or legs as advertised. It seems like they rush through and I had to keep requesting how to trim my toe nails. If I hadn't said anything it would have look like they did nothing. I might as well had done my own feet since I had to supervise the whole experience instead of enjoying the experience.

I worked with Maya. She was so patient and took her time with me even PAST CLOSING Time!!!! She made sure to listen to all my concerns. I recommend this place. They do great nails and are just the sweetest.
I went in today trying to get a pedicure. There were SO many sanitation issues. First, the technician went from one spa chair to mine and attempted to touch me with the same gloves on. Eeww. I asked her to change her gloves and she complied. We then proceed. When it’s time to file my nails I notice old pink polish on the nail file along with other gunk. I asked her if they reuse their files and buffers, she said yes. I think asked to speak to the manager who I informed was a safety violation. I let her know buffers and files can not be sanitized and are meant for one time use… she did not care AT all! She was rude, short, and not concerned about the potential infections they are handing out. YUCK. I got out the chair and left… I stopped at the next nail salon I saw and they understand sanitation and cleanliness. I will never return to this salon.
Service deteriorated. This is what my pedicure looked like an hr after leaving their salon - botched polish & dryness. This is even after the request to fix polish after my observation before departure. Inspiration to save $ & do hm Pedi!!
