Quick Facts About Four Seasons Nail & Spa
Strengths:
1. Accommodating walk-ins: One customer mentioned that Four Seasons Nail & Spa was able to accommodate them as a walk-in, even 30 minutes before closing. This demonstrates their flexibility and willingness to serve customers, possibly attracting more spontaneous customers.
2. Skillful nail technicians: Several customers commented on the skill and expertise of the nail technicians at Four Seasons Nail & Spa. They mentioned that the nail techs did a great job on their nails, including natural nail dip overlay, acrylic fill-ins, and pedicures. This indicates that the salon has trained and experienced professionals who can provide high-quality services.
3. Variety of colors: A customer mentioned that Four Seasons Nail & Spa had a wide variety of colors to choose from. This demonstrates that they offer a diverse range of options for customers, allowing them to find the perfect shade for their nails.
4. Friendly and detailed service: Customers praised the friendly and detail-oriented service provided by the nail technicians at Four Seasons Nail & Spa. They mentioned that the technicians took their time, were attentive to detail, and provided personalized advice. This indicates that the salon values customer satisfaction and strives to create a positive and comfortable experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Pricing transparency: One customer mentioned that they were overcharged for their services, and it wasn't clear why the price was higher than expected. This indicates a lack of transparency in pricing, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction and mistrust. The salon should work on improving their communication regarding pricing to prevent such incidents from occurring.
2. Lack of professionalism: Some customers complained about unprofessional behavior displayed by the nail technicians. They mentioned instances where technicians were on their phones or watching TV during service, leading to a distracted and unsatisfactory experience. This reflects poorly on the salon's professionalism and may deter potential customers.
3. Long wait times: Several customers mentioned long wait times, even with appointments. This can be frustrating for customers who have busy schedules and limited time. The salon should work on managing their appointments better to minimize wait times and improve overall customer experience.
4. High prices: One customer mentioned that Four Seasons Nail & Spa is expensive compared to other salons. While they were satisfied with the quality of service, the high price point may deter price-sensitive customers. The salon should consider revising their pricing strategy to attract a wider range of customers.
Overall, Four Seasons Nail & Spa has strengths in their accommodation of walk-ins, skilled nail technicians, variety of colors, and friendly service. However, they should address weaknesses such as pricing transparency, professionalism, long wait times, and high prices to further improve customer satisfaction and attract a larger customer base.

Everything was good! they took me as a walk in 30mins before closing she did a great job on my natural nail dip overlay.. Then it was time to pay 45.00 I paid debit but when I got home it said I was charged 54.00 a whole extra 9.00 I now know to have cash when I go there.. I called up there an was told to come up there to speak with the manager I said I’d wait until Tuesday to see if it goes back on there if not I’ll be up there for my 9.00….
UPDATE, I’ve been back plenty of times since I posted this & yes my money went back on my card & it hasn’t happened again. It’s now my permanent nail salon.. Have A Visit!!
Horrible experience. Nail tech was on phone when I was seated and continued to talk on phone. Put several layers of polish on toes; , then after several coats of polish on nails, added different color and asked if I liked it. After more coats of gel and more filing and cuticle trimming, the polish is uneven and nails look like they will bleed. Cuticles are a mess!
Do not go here. The technician was watching TV on her phone the entire time she was working on my nails. I planned on having gel nails but after she mutilated my nails and cut them down to nubs I had to walk out. She was so engrossed in her “show” she just kept trimming and filing over and over like she forgot she had already done it. I got up to wash my hands, and told her I didn’t want gel or anything anymore. I paid and left. I tried to tell her how much to trim but she either didn’t understand or didn’t care. It took over an hour to paint my toes and mutilate my nails. I was so mad I could not sit there any longer. Do not go here and if the tech has earbuds in, don’t use her she’s probably watch TV.
I was in the area and needed a pedicure and acrylic fill in. I stumbled upon four seasons as I was getting lunch, so I right I'd try it out. I walked in, and was instantly impressed. They were super friendly, clean, and had the most variety of colors that I've ever seen at a nail salon. Chin did an awesome job on my pedicure, she took her time and was incredibly detailed. My husband got a pedi with me, and Mimi did an incredible calf massage!
Sandy took care of my acrylic fill in, and although she's quick, she's incredibly detailed. She chatted with me like I was family, and gave me advice on how to maintain my nails in between visits. I'm so glad I found this little gem! It will be my go to place from now on!
My biggest complaint is the wait times. It’s usually pretty long even if you have an appointment. I’m always satisfied with their work so I continue to come back. The technicians take their time and they do a good job shaping your nails and making sure they look neat and professional. The only time I wasn’t pleased with my nails is when I let the man who sits in the front, to the side (near sign in) do my nails. My nails are also usually pretty sore when I leave here ( never had that issue with other salons) I do think they are a bit over priced but I’d rather pay a little more and be pleased with the work than pay a little less and be dissatisfied so I guess I’m ok with that.
Four Seasons was clean and they were able to take me as a walk-in almost immediately. I did pink and white dip with tips. The gentleman who did them was friendly but not overly talkative, which I liked. He really took his time and did a good nail job. I believe he may have given me a discount as it seemed a little inexpensive. What I valued the most is that he took care and time with his work.
First time and definitely my last time was a horrible experience I have never paid $70 for a basic pedicure with callus remover and gel polish the people are rude didn’t wanna explain to me why it was so high she literally made my toes bleed i do not recommend this place to anyone
I always come here a couple times a year to get my nails done and they never disappoint! Mary is who I usually use and she's wonderful! The biggest thing I really love is the fact they always take their time and don't rush anything.
