I was shocked and impressed! Fusions had good reviews so I took a chance. I’ve never been able to find someone nearby with experience with curly hair. I’m honestly use used to my hair being cut like straight hair. But Kat (spelling?) did amazing! She knew what she was doing! My hair looks great!
I got my hair cut and styled by Kat, and it is honestly the best haircut I've had in years. I was GLOWING when I left the chair I loved my cut so much. I get a lot of anxiety about getting my hair cut by a new person, and she quickly put that feeling at ease with her knowledge and skill.
Kat took the time to understand what I wanted and communicated all the options I had as she was going, to make sure nothing was missed. I made sure to book my next appointment before I left, because she is an absolute gem. Run to get your hair done by her!
I went here for a haircut and highlight on 1/6/23 to try and pamper myself. The owner came and quoted me 240$ chair side for the cut and color. I then bought some products. I tipped after it all and the total charge came out to 293$. I get home and am initially happy with my cut as she styled and curled it and it looked good, or so I thought. The next day I wash my hair and go to style it and notice that it wasn’t what I asked for, it was uneven, no texture to my hair and looked more like a bowl cut. In addition my full highlight I paid for was only a partial highlight in the back of my head. I wasn’t able to see this at the salon or for the rest of the day as she had styled it and I only saw it once I washed it.
I called the salon a few days after to see if I could get a refund as I didn’t want to go back to the salon. The owner Susan told me that she would not give a refund, even though it is not posted anywhere on her website or social media. The only thing she offered was for me to come back in and they would try and fix it. She would not listen to the fact that she had messed it up and so I didn’t want to risk my hair being messed up again. After having issues I look online and see that a haircut and highlight should have been 150$ and not 240$. Susan stated that she quoted me 150$ but the 2 things of product I bought were 15$ and 20$ before the discount she was going to give me. That would mean I left a 150$ tip after all was said and done. Lies and deceit! I was scammed out of hundreds and offered only to have the person who ruined my hair fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone around here, I did go get my hair fixed at Lavish Looks by Linette!
Fusions hair salon is wonderful! Chelsea is my stylist and does a great job. All the staff are so friendly and keep me laughing the whole time. They truly make you feel like family.
I love this Salon!!! Staff is so friendly and always cracking me up.. it feels like a family. My service is always top notch. I love the way I feel when I am there and I love the way I look when I leave. Susan, the owner is so educated and always takes her time to insure my needs are meet. I have watched her with the staff and she is very respected. I will always come to Fusions for all my hair and eyelashes. Thanks everyone.
Always a great experience here! I have a pixie cut that needs coloring, my hubby and oldest have medium length straight and wavy hair and my youngest has curly hair. I have been a client for over a year and the rest for about a year.
