The staff were so polite and respectful when I took my son and nephew. They double checked exactly how the boys needed their hair cut and really made them feel welcome. We were given coffee and biscuits and weren't rushed at all. It was an unexpected pleasure to have time out ????

First time in Bradford. First time having a hair cut here. 10/10 I happen to. One across this place by chance. I was booked in for another barber down the road where I had made an appointment. I turned up and no one was there to cut my hair and they said come back tomorrow. Disappointed I left but then my friend noticed there was a barbers on the way back. I was hesitant to enter just as it looked busy. We called the barber to see how long to wait. I was welcomed in and got seated promptly to a barber chair. Really I have experienced anything similar in customer service. I was offered Complimentary drinks , which I chose tea. The was no rush and I felt very welcome. Great place to get your hair cut! Very reasonable prices aswell great value for money. If you have never been I highly recommend going here!
The experience here gets better and better with every visit. Very friendly staff and boss. Also, a child friendly environment. Your kids can play whilst they wait to have their hair cut without anyone giving you the eye! You will find the boss himself engaging your kids in chats. Kids get sweeties for treats and the adults get offered free hot drinks all the time. Miss them so much during the lockdown, glad they are back in business and running smoothly and safely. I recommend them.
