This “triple washer” machine from 1996 uses enough water - unlike the newer high efficiency washers. Check the dryer to make sure it’s getting hot.
The owner was onsite keeping the place spotless and being helpful.
Owner/manager very rude, greedy and dishonest! Witnessed a person who lost their money in one of the washers, the coin return malfunctioned and wouldn't return the money. The person who lost the money went to the attendant to seek help. They got the manager. Manager refused to unlock the machine or refund the money saying that if she were to refund the lost money, that then, she would be out. How lame is this??? It may be just a few quarters but STEALING IS STEALING!!! This manager refused to refund a customer's money after the customer received no product or service, as the washer wasn't working and coin return also failed....therefore, by (so rudely) saying what she did to the customer AND refusing to refund, the manager LITERALLY STOLE FROM HER CUSTOMER!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER give Suds N Sun ANY of my business EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE MY PATRONAGE OR SUPPORT TO A PLACE WHO INTENTIONALLY and DELIBERATELY RIPS OFF ITS CUSTOMERS, THEN LIES ABOUT IT with some kind of LAME SELF JUSTIFICATION for doing so!!! I would NEVER go there myself, and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!! I will also tell EVERYONE I know about how TERRIBLE they treat their customers!!!
I've been here several times over the years and it was always a faster way to get my laundry finished. I use the multi-load washers to get it done. When I went in today most of the washers were out of order and I was forced to use the smaller ones. The place has gone a down hill when it comes to equipment maintenance. Other than that the building was clean and it was not very crowded.
I haven't been to a laundromat since college over 24 years ago. What a treat! The owner pointed me towards a larger washer that would do all my laundry in one load. After the clothes were done, I put them in a commercial dryer. Apparently, the dryer didn't heat up properly so the owner added extra time to my drying cycle and let me know what was going on. Having a washer and dryer at home is ideal, but when you don't have one, do your laundry here.... you will be happy with the outcome.
What's to love about a laundry mat? This one is clean with large maytag washers, cost 2.25 a load, dryers 25 cents for 8 minutes takes 50 cent to dry a medium load. Best part is that it's air conditioned.
There was a schedule mix up that prevented me from getting my clothes back from their drop off laundry service before I had to leave town. They handled the situation very well in my opinion. They mailed my clothes back to my house and for that I'm thankful. Will definitely continue to use their services when I'm working in the area. Thank you for doing what you did to make it right ????
I went here to wash my bedding after my son puked all over my king size bedding and my washer and dryer aren't big enough to clean them. First, half the machines were out of order, even one of the 2 change machines were. Then when I went to put my clothes in the dryer I needed more quarters so I put $5 in the change machine. The only change I got was 2 quarters instead of 20 and then it said it was out of order. I went to the desk to ask the clerk to tell told her what happened and she gave me my $5 back even though I clearly needed the quarters to dry my laundry. She looked in the office and could only come up with $3 in quarters. I told her that it took $3.75? + Some to dry my stuff. She apologized but I ended up having to take my wet clothes to a different laundromat because of it. However, the place I went to, to dry my stuff was A LOT cheaper and they have machines that take credit/debit cards which is fabulous!
Owner is so awesome. Clean welcoming inside. And always no problem to flip my clothes and save my time. Its my only choice
