This is my go-to place for pedicures when I’m in town. Very clean, and they do a thorough job. It does get busy, so making an appointment is best. They usually give you a massage while your nails are drying too!
Shared my experience on here yesterday .. they seemed to have deleted it which is unfortunate. Made an apt yesterday and was waiting about 5-7 minutes before acknowledgment was made. We then sat for another 20 minutes with no word if our apt was going to be acknowledged. Truly disappointing as this has happened more often than it should and it never use to be this way. Staffing has changed quite a bit as that happens but you can tell the atmosphere isn’t how it was. I’m not sure if they overbook or take walk ins which then overflow into booked people, but obviously not following scheduled customers is unprofessional. Unfortunately not going to attempt them again.

Hands down the best nail salon I've been to. They were so accommodating despite my lack of appointment and treated every customer with respect. My nail tech, Emily, was so meticulous when doing my nails. I'm completely obsessed with how my nails came out and can't stop looking at them! All for a fair price.
Best nail salon in Middletown, the owner is very kind. Worth it, you will feel pampered.
We love this place! We usually come here as a big group (with a reservation of course) and they're always so accommodating. Prices are fair and the rewards system is generous. Staff have always been friendly to everyone. Atmosphere is clean and bright.
I have been here many times before and had fine experiences. Most recently, I had made a reservation for 2 pedicures. When we got there, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait, fine. Actually, it was a 45 minute wait and we were even seated together.
I this is just bad management. I will try other places after this experience.
