I just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies that took such good care of me today. I am a nail biter, so I was skeptical about having my nails done. Well, I have to say I am absolutely amazed. I now have beautiful nails. The SNS french nails is where it's at ladies. The process was so neat to watch. Also, the gel nails pedicure was so enjoyable and relaxing. I have found my new nail salon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been going there having my nails done for over three years never had a problem. they are the best people. There is a wait sometimes but we are always taken care of. Awesome job ladies!!!
The wait was 2 hours so I was told I could sign the book and come back, and when I did come back in a timely manner (about an hour later), I let them know I was back, and we made a comment about my name being on the book. Then, I was skipped over in line by a family of 3 that had walked in after me earlier and we’re on the book after me. They were not being serviced yet when I came back in, yet when each technician finished they took care of all 3 of those family members while I sat waiting. As others came in the door, they were assisted before me because they were “already on the book…” I should not have to speak up and fight to be serviced as a customer! After over 3 hours of this, I left without getting my nails done and will not be back.
Love my ladies at Star Nails, they do excellent work and always friendly, I recommend them to anyone!
Such a great experience!! I am so in love with my nails. Also got my eyebrows waxed. All the ladies are amazing! Patient and very sweet. 10/10 recommend
They are good with nails ! I got a Brazilian wax because I wanted try it out but that was not a good idea. The result & after result was horrible . This was not a good experience for me do not get a Brazilian wax from here. I was left with scars and bumps & even hair left over ! Not a good experience. Also bad with conversation
I had my nails done for the first time in a while since recently having a baby, I asked for acrylic and got different length nails with polish all around the nail. And the Chinese man wanted to start talking with an attitude in his language when I politely asked if the polish around my nails could be removed. I had to go have them taken off at another salon the next day, I will never do business with them again.
This place is by far the slowest facility in BAY MINETTE AND YES I AM TALKING ABOUT THE NAIL SALON DIRECTLY BEHIND BURGER KING AND NEXT TO AT&T. They have no sense of urgency and you should most definitely go elsewhere! These people need more workers. Just ridiculous! Save your money RUN GO ELSEWHERE!
