Glossy Nails is the best nail shop I have been to in a long time; I have been getting my nails done their for the past 9 years & I will not go anywhere else but here!! I live in Olive Branch, MS & I take the 20 min drive from my house to Horn Lake, MS any time I need my nails done, pedicure and/or eyebrows waxed!!
All of the employees here are always super nice, they're extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing, & the prices are very reasonable!! I just recently went there, less than 2 weeks ago, & got a full set & eyebrows waxed, costing $37 for both & was in and out within 1 HOUR!! Mrs. Lee is my nail Tech any & every time, she always does a fantastic job!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND glossy nails for any & all of your beautifying needs, they are absolutely fantastic!! ????%????????

This was the worst experience, all the drill bits used on your nails never sanitize. I saw they just used from one clients to another without sanitize them. OMG
I won't give a bad rating because I understand that accidents do happen, but during my last visit at this spot, the tech got "carried away" with the callus remover, and took a chuck of my skin with it. The would was so deep, I was bleeding profusely. It was almost like she was scaling fish.This review is really just a reminder to all nail techs that there are some customers with certain health conditions that simply cannot afford for this kind of mistake to happen.
For the record, the lead tech initially tried to place the blame on me, as if I started kicking amidst the process. But I would like to clarify and say that that did NOT happen. I've received numerous pedicures and I've never kicked at anyone. This is the first time this has happened, and precautions need to be taken to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Nails were filed way down, and idk what’s going on with the cuticles. Mani and pedi was rushed and certainly not of good quality. There is a nice black hair across the top under the clearcoat of my big toe. I get more irritated the longer I look at my nails.
Jonathan did my dip and toe polish change on Thursday and my toe polish was messed up by Friday. I came back in and the lady tried to fixed them but they didn't look neat. I normally don't leave reviews, but I couldn't let this go. When I am paying my hard earned money!
Normally I frequent this business and it's pretty good but, today wasn't. I didn't feel pampered at all and we the working class work hard for our money and this considered a luxury. ALL YHE TECHS SHOULD FOLLOW THE SAME ROUTINE. I CAME HOME FEET ASHED AND HANDS TO. She never put oil nor lotion on my feet nor hands and no massage on my hands. Made the owner aware and all I got was a sorry and seat back down, who have time for do overs? Searching for another nail shop.
I used to come to glossy nails regularly but after my most recent experience I will NEVER come back. I told them what shape I wanted as well as how short I wanted them, two employees then proceeded to make fun of me for the length I wanted. Like excuse me, but I’m the one paying for it. They looked at me and laughed multiple times about it, and then I got worst nails I think I’ve ever had. I felt so humiliated and embarrassed. This would have been a much more better experience if I had not of been made fun of for what I wanted.
