Quick Facts About Green Tea Nails

Green Tea Nails place has a number of strengths that have been highlighted in the comments above. Firstly, customers have praised the employees for their kindness and fantastic job. The employees at Green Tea Nails go out of their way to make customers happy and provide excellent service. One customer specifically mentions their positive experience with an employee named Kaye, who stayed late to fix a smudged nail and even added an extra top coat and spray on all the nails. This highlights the commitment of the employees to their work and their willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the salon is noted for paying close attention to detail, ensuring that customers leave with perfect nails. This attention to detail is valued by customers who have been going to Green Tea Nails for over 10 years. Being a regular customer for such a long period of time indicates a high level of trust and satisfaction with the salon.
Another strength of Green Tea Nails is that it is usually busy but customers can walk in without an appointment. This indicates that the salon is popular and that customers have confidence in their ability to accommodate walk-ins. The ability to handle a high volume of customers is a testament to the efficiency and professionalism of the salon.
In terms of weaknesses, there are a few issues that have been raised in the comments. One customer had a particularly negative experience where the technician used a new file that caused a significant injury. This incident resulted in a painful wound that took over five weeks to heal. The customer expresses disappointment in the lack of compensation or follow-up from the salon, indicating a lack of accountability and customer support in handling such incidents. This incident is also described as the worst experience at a nail salon.
Another weakness mentioned is the increase in prices. This customer feels that the prices have gone up significantly and that it is unjustified for a 20-minute pedicure to cost $50. The rushed and awkward experience further adds to the customer's dissatisfaction. This suggests that the salon may not be providing value for money and may need to reconsider their pricing strategy in order to meet customer expectations.
An additional weakness highlighted is the inconsistency in the quality of service. One customer mentions that the man who did their pedicure did a terrible job and yet charged them an extra $10. This indicates a lack of consistency among the employees in terms of their skills and attention to detail. Inconsistency in service can lead to a decline in customer loyalty and trust.
Lastly, one customer complained about the fast and unsatisfactory service they received on their birthday. Despite paying a high price, the customer's manicure had bumps, and the gel polish came off just three days later. This raises concerns about the quality and durability of the products used by Green Tea Nails.
In conclusion, Green Tea Nails has strengths such as kind and skilled employees, attention to detail, and the ability to handle walk-ins. However, there are weaknesses that need to be addressed, including incidents of injury, inconsistent service quality, high prices for the value provided, and issues with product quality. Addressing these weaknesses and focusing on improving customer support and consistency can help Green Tea Nails retain and attract more customers.

Best TL Reviews

I have been going to Green Tea for 10+ years. All the employees are so kind and do a fantastic job. I especially like Kaye. Tonight after I had smudged a fingernail, I went back and she stayed late to not only fix the damaged nail, but put an extra top coat and spray on all my nails. They really go out of their way to make customers happy.
They used a new file (cheese grater) on my big toe and it took a large chunk of skin off of my toe. Like cutting a slice of meat. So much blood and super painful. It took 5+ weeks for it to completely heal. I waited to post so I didn't get the woman in trouble as she was extremely apologetic. She had me feeling bad for her. I didn't want her to lose her job but I do regret not asking for some sort of concession. I thought they would at least give me a discount or offer up a free pedi on my next visit, but nothing. I received a cheap bandaid that was soaked in blood before I even got home. A follow-up phone call would have been nice. I got home and had to clean the wound and wrap it to stop the bleeding. I couldn't put pressure on it for a week. This was my fourth or fifth time visiting the salon. The prices are on the higher end. I expected more. I didn't get my nails done for almost three months after the incident. I've been trying other nail salons. I'll never go back here. I didn't see them throw the file away either. Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon.
The man who did my nails was very kind! Great job. Whoever greeted me was very rude and rushed me to choose which set I was getting. I honestly wanted to get more done but they were pushy.
-Update my nails have already fallen off it has only been a week. & they were my bday nails :(
I used to go here all the time and liked it. Prices went up a TON! I understand inflation, but $50 for a 20 minute pedicure was ridiculous. I walked in the door at 4:30 and was done at 4:53. It was so rushed and awkward. They asked me to pay and then waited over my shoulder until I signed the receipt. Not worth it!
This is my go to place to get my nails done. I have never had a bad experience with anyone here. It gets pretty busy, but I am usually fine to just walk in without an appt. Pretty standard pricing in comparison to other places I have been.
I won't be back, the man who did my pedicure did a terrible job, and they charged me $10 more for doing his job badly.
I went here on 09/03/22 for my birth day and I was not satisfied with this service at all I wanted to pamper my self and my pedicure was very fast and my manicure was also fast and not worked good one of my nails had like bumps on it and my gel came off 3 days later I paid 115 for a bad service that didn't even last.
I've been going here 10+ years and these ladies never let me down! They pay close attention to detail and won't let you walk out without perfect nails. <3 them!
