Quick Facts About Happy Nails & Spa
Happy Nails & Spa has a mix of positive and negative reviews, with several complaints regarding the service and hygiene of the salon. The strengths and weaknesses of the salon can be identified based on these comments.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that Happy Nails & Spa offers the "best place, best prices, best service!!" This indicates that the salon potentially has competitive pricing and provides good customer service. Another customer complimented Kim, a staff member at the salon, for her expertise in custom nail art and for accommodating their schedule. This suggests that the salon has skilled technicians who are capable of delivering high-quality work and providing flexibility for clients. Furthermore, a customer mentioned that the facility is very clean, which is an important aspect of any nail salon, as cleanliness is directly related to hygiene and overall customer satisfaction.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one customer complained that the utensils were not sanitized, which is a significant hygiene issue. Sanitizing tools properly is crucial in order to prevent the spread of bacteria and infections. Additionally, this customer experienced poor service, with the technician spending most of the time on the phone and displaying attitude and unprofessional behavior when asked to fix the pedicure. Another customer stated that they were turned away for services they wanted, with the salon claiming they did not have time, despite it being early in the day. This suggests a lack of availability and flexibility in accommodating customer requests.
Several customers complained about the unprofessionalism and rude behavior of the staff. One customer mentioned that a technician got an attitude when they expressed dissatisfaction with how the sns powder was applied, leading to the technician refusing to do their nails and removing their existing nails. Another customer described feeling unwelcome and ignored on multiple visits, as the staff did not acknowledge their presence while other customers were greeted immediately. One customer even mentioned that the owner of the salon ran her mouth too much and discriminated against them.
Another complaint was related to the lack of supervision. A customer mentioned that someone who had just started at the salon did their nails unsupervised, leading to a subpar result and the need to redo their nails at home. This indicates that there might be a lack of quality control and oversight in the salon.
In summary, Happy Nails & Spa has several strengths, including good prices, skilled technicians for custom nail art, and clean facilities. However, the weaknesses are significant, including poor hygiene practices, unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff, lack of availability for certain services, discrimination, and lack of supervision. These weaknesses can greatly impact the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.
Best TL Reviews
The utensils are not sanitized, the lady was literally on the phone the whole time until I asked her to fix my pedicure at which point she rolled her eyes and began yelling at me. I asked that she fix several nails that were not covered in paint. She cut one cuticle to blood. WARNING bad service and unhygenic.
I came here to get a basic French ombré sns the person who was working on my nails did not want to do my nails as I wanted to and as I proceeded to say I didn’t like how the sns powder was being apply unevenly the technician got an attitude and became very unprofessional and stated she can’t do my nails and she got my nails off. I would not recommend this place at all the ppl are rude and unprofessional. They don’t do low budget work. I will stick to going to Ann Nails.
Best place, best prices, best service!! Ask for Kim aka "Red" she will take great care of you!!
High quality work! Kim is an expert with custom nail art. She also goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Fun, family like atmosphere. So happy to have found this place!
Tried to go right after they opened for the day;it was not busy. I was turned away due to what I wanted (pedicure and fill). I was told they did not have time… it was 10am.
Amy did a fantastic job! I believe all the ladies do a great job. They stay pretty busy, so make sure you have an appointment. Very clean facility. They are closed on Sundays. Monday-Saturday they are opened until 7. Prices are better than some places I have seen around town.
On my day off I decide to get a pedicure after getting an oil change on my car. I stop at Happy Nails and Spa and the first two visits were nice. The last two time when I walk through the door I felt I was not welcome, because no one even recognizes my present. I set there and watch other people walk in and was spoken too soon as they walk in. The last time I was there the Owner try to put someone in front of me but, one of the workers spoke up for me. The Owner of the shop runs her mouth so much trying to impress all the people there. The same thing happens today she put someone in front of me so I walk out of Happy Nails and Spa. I will not return there again. I found another place that welcomes me and doesn't discriminate. Just because I don't run my mouth like the big mouth Owner, don't make me less of a person. I won't be back to Happy Nails and Spa.
Someone who just started did my nails unsupervised. They tried their best but supervisory staff should actually supervise. I paid $50 to go home and redo my nails. Horrible experience
