Upon entering the facility, employees were taking a phone call. When it ended, they were talking horribly about the customer on the phone. I was clearly waiting to check into an appointment so I found that extremely unprofessional.
After checking in, the employee took me back to wash my hair. She didn't even get all of my hair wet and then attempted to use a comb on my thick wavy hair that she knotted up at the sink. After a minimal haircut, she used a blow dryer and sent me out unstyled, which is not how I showed up. I was not happy and extremely embarrassed to have paid so much for such a bad experience. I've had better experiences at budget haircut places in my teens vs coming here. Definitely will not be returning.
Kelsey is great! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, she listed to what I wanted and set to work getting me taken care of. The head massage after the shampoo was a welcome touch and my hair looks great, which is wonderful since I was trying something daring. I will definitely be back!
First time at Verve and must say I was impressed from the atmosphere to the friendly staff to the quality treatment I received from my stylists Kayce. She was wonderful at her trade. I enjoyed this experience as they make you feel like you have been going there for years with friendly conversation.
I got an appointment with Jordanna for a hair cut, and decided on a whim to do color. She had time for me which was nice. She did SUCH a good job. She took her time (it took five hours!) to make sure everything was done right. She did a phenomenal job and worked really hard. I am thankful she didnt do the bare minimum for it to look good enough like some stylists do. I also appreciated that she offered a price quote before - I've never had a stylist do that before. The cut was also great. I definitely recommend her work.
I have really thick hair, “dessie” (don’t want to misspell, that’s the name she wrote on the card) did great with it! I came in with a small undercut and wanted a little more taken off since it’s warm outside, and I’d like to be able to get to my scalp lol! Very friendly staff! Talked and giggled while she worked. Definitely returning for any trims and touch ups!
Dani is absolutely top notch & her results speak for them self! I could not be happier with my color (which is a miracle) and she cut and styled it as well. She’s easy to talk to and LISTENS to what you want. I highly recommend booking your next appointment with her!
Extremely disappointed with Verve. I took my 2.5 year old and my 18 month old for a hair cut. I was charged $68 (before tip) for their haircuts. I was so in shock I couldn’t even say anything. For $68 for 2 kids haircuts I would expect them to be sitting in a space ship served apple juice. I should have called to check pricing but I never would have thought a kids haircut would be $34 each. We will not be going back here.
