Quick Facts About Hayat Sweet Centre

Hayat Sweet Centre has received both positive and negative comments, which provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the place. In this analysis, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths mentioned by a customer is that Hayat Sweet Centre used to make one of the best vegetable samosas. This indicates that they had a reputation for producing high-quality and tasty samosas, which likely contributed to their popularity in the past.
Another positive aspect mentioned by a customer is the reasonable price of their kebabs and samosas. This suggests that Hayat Sweet Centre offers good value for money, attracting customers who are looking for affordable food options.
In terms of the shop's interior and the owners, a customer mentioned that the inside of the shop is fine and a decent size, and the owners are pleasant to deal with. This highlights the importance of a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers, as well as friendly and helpful staff.
Another positive comment mentions the excellent service and staff at Hayat Sweet Centre. The customer stated that they ordered catering for a large number of people on short notice, and the shop was able to accommodate their request. This indicates that the staff at Hayat Sweet Centre are efficient, reliable, and capable of handling large orders.
The comments also provide insights into the weaknesses of Hayat Sweet Centre. One customer mentioned that the spring rolls and shami kebab they purchased were not fresh and seemed to have been cooked weeks ago. This indicates that there might be inconsistencies in the freshness and quality of their food.
Another customer mentioned that the carrot chutney served by Hayat Sweet Centre might not be liked by everyone. This suggests that the taste and quality of certain condiments or side dishes may not be up to par, potentially limiting the appeal of their menu items for some customers.
One of the most significant weaknesses mentioned in the comments is the poor customer service. According to one customer, the staff was rude, disrespectful, and had a terrible attitude towards customers. This indicates a lack of professionalism and could potentially drive customers away.
Another concerning comment revealed that Hayat Sweet Centre had received a 0 hygiene rating from Walsall Council, leading to closure. The customer mentioned that rats and mice were found inside the shop. This highlights serious issues with hygiene practices, which can severely impact the reputation and trustworthiness of the establishment.
Overall, the strengths of Hayat Sweet Centre include their reputation for making excellent vegetable samosas, reasonable prices, decent shop interior, pleasant owners, efficient staff for catering orders, and delicious sweets served in boxes. However, weaknesses identified in the comments include inconsistent freshness of food items, subpar condiments, poor customer service, and serious hygiene issues that resulted in closure. Hayat Sweet Centre should address these weaknesses to regain the trust of customers and improve their overall performance.

Best TL Reviews

They used to make one of the best vegetable samosas. It’s sad they have closed down.
Got 7 spring rolls and 3 shami kebab was expecting them to be warm the spring rolls was not fresh at all felt like they was cooked 2 weeks ago and just left to sell absolutely horrible!
The food is quite good although they could extend their range of food a little more. Their kebabs and somasa's are nice and at a good price. They could certainly improve their carrot chutney, i don't think it's for everyone. The inside of the shop is fine and a decent size and the owners are also pleasant to deal with.
Very very poor customer service, rude and disrespectful while dealing with customers
Ordered halwa puri for £14 got 1 box of chickpeas floating in water
Called the shop to let them know was told that it's how it suppose to be.
Hygiene practice is terrible would avoid
I ordered the channa and halwa puri.
The channa had no flavour and felt like it was watered down. And the halwa was dry. And the samosas were not all that. Defo not fresh at all.
Got a 0 Hygine Rating From Walsall Council was in both local papers and Shop was forced to close had Rats and Mice Found inside. Never been but Stay away
Brilliant service and staff..I ordered to cater for a large amount of people and they can do that on less than a week. Prices are reasonable as well. They do fresh mitai, savouries and pakistani favourites like gajerala and falooda. Very pleased with delivery service and patience of staff.
Delicious sweets, nicely presented and served in boxes. Staff polite and knowledgeable. The competition next door is the same too, so often I get half from one shop and half from the other.
