Pay attention to the price on the chart vs the price at check out.
I go here all the time for pedicures, have for several years and never had a problem. Maybe I just didn’t notice until now.
Pedicure on the chart says $49.
I got to the check-out it’s and $59.
I told her that’s not what the chart says. She says it’s $3 more for gold (glitter). I got regular polish not gel and I’ve gotten glitter several times and never been up charged. But the $3 up charge still doesn’t add up to $59 dollars. I wasn’t going to argue about prices. Clearly the chart says a price you should honor that and let someone know if you’re now up charging for a service or polish.
This a week after. They are not what I wanted but I’ve gotten used to them and I guess they are okay.

I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve loved my nails every single time. The staff is always extremely kind and they do my nails with precision and care!

came in for a regular mani/pedi, not gel. my nails were quite long, with two haven broke. my pedi went well, though the massage chair didn’t work. after being told to move and waiting around for the same woman to begrudgingly do my mani, she began work. i told her i wanted to keep the length, despite the shorter broken ones. she checked in with me on the length while trimming the first finger, then proceeded to chop the rest of the nails almost completely off. not at all the almond shape i asked for..
it took 15 minutes for her to put two coats on my nails, i realized too late that she was leaving a noticeable space between my cuticle and the polish and i asked her to fix it. after that, the paint job got so bad, i asked her to remove it all so i could leave.
i then proceeded to pay $55 for a regular mani and pedi. i grew up here and have gotten many nice mani/pedis done in the area. i now live in a rather expensive state and i have NEVER paid that much for this type of service.
just because someone isn’t ruining their natural nails w/ gel doesn’t mean their service should be any less.
perhaps it was bad polish, or i was hungry and annoyed at having already been there for TWO HOURS, i will not be returning. should’ve stayed with my tried and true magic nail friends.
