Quick Facts About Rolla Nail & Spa
Rolla Nail & Spa is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from customers. In order to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, we will analyze the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Rolla Nail & Spa is their ability to accommodate last-minute appointments. A customer mentioned that they were able to book an appointment on short notice and were even able to fit in the customer's mother as well. This shows that the salon is flexible and willing to accommodate customers' needs.
Additionally, the salon has received positive feedback regarding their ability to fix previously done acrylic nails. A customer mentioned that their mother had acrylics that needed fixing, which the salon was able to do successfully. This indicates that the technicians at Rolla Nail & Spa are skilled and capable of providing quality services.
Customers have also praised the salon for their ability to bring their design ideas to life. Someone mentioned that they came in with a design idea for their gel polish, and it turned out exactly how they wanted it. This shows that the salon is capable of delivering on customer expectations and providing personalized nail designs.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses that customers have pointed out about Rolla Nail & Spa. The most common issue mentioned is a lack of customer service. One customer described the owner as rude and stated that she was talking badly about other customers while attending to their needs. This indicates a lack of professionalism and a negative customer experience.
Another criticism revolves around pricing. A customer mentioned that they were overcharged for their visit, despite not receiving any fancy nail designs. This suggests a lack of transparency in pricing and a failure to meet customer expectations regarding the cost of services.
Furthermore, a few customers expressed disappointment in the quality of the services provided. One individual mentioned that they were not satisfied with the pedicure they received, stating that the technicians seemed scared to touch their feet and the water was cold. This reflects poorly on the overall experience and the attention to detail provided by the salon.
In terms of strengths, Rolla Nail & Spa has been praised for their talented technicians who can fix and create beautiful nail designs. They are also commended for their ability to accommodate last-minute appointments, indicating flexibility and good customer service.
However, the weaknesses include poor customer service, pricing inconsistencies, and subpar quality regarding certain services. These weaknesses are significant as they relate to the overall experience and satisfaction of customers.
In conclusion, while Rolla Nail & Spa has been successful in certain aspects, such as their ability to fix and create nail designs, they also have room for improvement in terms of customer service, pricing transparency, and service quality. Addressing these weaknesses could help enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction at the salon.

I made an appointment short notice and they were able to fit my mom and I in same day. My mom had some acrylics on that were done by another salon that she had gone to several other places trying to fix, they were able to fix them and even them out for her and gave her a fill. It was one of my first times getting my nails done so I just got some gel polish. I came in with a deisgn idea and it came out exactly like I wanted, the colors are perfect. My mom and I are both very happy with our nails and plan on coming back more often.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here to get my nails done for prom and I wanted them long, pink and sparkly. They were the complete opposite!! I asked the guy that did it to fix them multiple times during the process and he wouldn’t! On top of that they charged me greatly for it! They turned out way too short, weren’t even pink and they were extremely thick with the acrylic. I even had acrylic under the nail!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY GOING HERE!!!
I am not a person to leave bad reviews. I’ve never left one, hadn’t ever planned on leaving one. That being said I would feel like part of the problem if I didn’t say something and someone else went in and had a similar experience. I’m from out of town, here for school, and I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I knew Rolla nails was up by Staples so I figured I’d give them a try. I had preexisting gel on my toes that needed to be taken off so I could get a new color. Instead of sanding it off like normal, the nail tech went in with his fingernail and ripped all my old gel polish off my toes. So obviously that did some damage and my toe nails were pretty ripped up when he was done. Instead of sanding them done to be smooth he decided to just paint right over the top of them. Along with that, when he cut my toe nails, he cut them so crooked and then never went back to file them. They were not filed the whole time. The purple sanding brick they use for your heels was brown and gross from what I’m assuming is never being replaced. The whole place was a little grimy if I am being honest. I had about a 30 second leg massage and that was about it. I was so frustrated with the whole thing and how awful my toes looked so I just made a plan in my head to go get them fixed somewhere else after I was done. I get up to pay expecting it to be $40 because that’s what their price was on their board to be charged $52!! For what!! I still don’t know. The owner was so rude, she has no customer service. She was talking badly about other customers that left because they had been waiting so long with the lady whose nails she was currently doing. I seriously could not believe it. I just am so in shock. S&T girls please don’t not go here!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. $45 for a deluxe pedicure, but they seemed almost scared to touch let alone massage your feet. Wasn’t even worth $20. All I asked for was a simple French tip, and it took at least 30 minutes for the woman painting my toes to get it right. The water my feet soaked in was cold. Overall very disappointing.
I went in to get short gel acrylics done. Which was done fabulously. He did a wonderful job on the shape and everything. I was and am very happy with my nails. I did NOT get length or any type of design because I knew I did NOT have the money to cover it I came in expecting to spend 35-40$ (including a $5 tip) since their prices are listed as 30-35$. When I was finished and went to pay I handed “T” my card and without one word she charged me $48. (No tip included) I was shocked and upset bc she looked at my nails before ringing me up and seen I got NOTHING fancy. I reluctantly signed the receipt and left without being able to even leave a tip for the man who did such an amazing job on my nails. I should have said something right then and there but I didn’t wanna raise a fuss since I was in a hurry and she ALREADY had ran my card ????????♀️ All in all I was happy with what I got but I could have gotten longer more detailed nails somewhere else for the same price or less. (photos to show what I got done)
Tina and Lucky are amazing!! The atmosphere was very relaxing, with music playing in the background. Both of them are hilarious and hold a great conversation. I took my little girl to get a full set and I got a fill. They are reasonable in price and you are actually paying for your nails to look amazing. I will most definitely be going back to them every time. I highly recommend both of them.
By far my favorite nail salon. I always get great service and exactly what I asked for. They are gentle and wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.
Was in here today getting my nails done. She did a good job and didn't take her very long especially since I get acrylics.
