Food is absolutely gorgeous especially the spicy wings. The buns are lovely and soft and large. Fries are always crispy with really tasty red salt with a choice of special sauces. Food is always piping hot.
Staff are always so friendly and helpful.
I always have left over chicken wings to look forward to the next they are that big and taste sublime straight out the fridge ????

It's overpriced, it's low quality & terrible customer service. Undesirable cuts when ordering fried chicken, over-battered and too salty. Bland chips that go stale by the time you get the food home. Chicken Strips and Wings can be nice but often dry. Donner and Burgers boast a premium price tag without premium delivery. There are a few decent meal deals but when the food is that undesirable it is often still a contentious decision.
You don't expect outstanding customer service in a fast food joint but the servers and manager seem actively hostile towards customers. The seating area has no heating and they insist on keeping the door open even during freezing temperatures.
The only thing it has going for it is that its HMC.

Always had food from here, the food is good. However in my last experience the service is horrendous as the staff was rude towards me and my sister when we called. We asked how much it was for the bill politely, to which the man abruptly responded towards us with "if you had listened I have already told you" and from there we said it was quite rude, his response to us was don't order from us then.
The biggie smash burger was halal and tasty. We also tasted Orion and mango milkshakes. They both were good too. The staff are okay. They did not give me any receipt and I also forgot to ask for it. The sitting arrangement was clean.
Staff can’t speak English so ordering takes longer than necessary, staff most likely don’t even have the right to work. I paid extra for boneless wings and they gave me standard wings. Not an issue but they charged me extra and couldn’t deliver. Food was also terrible.
Best spot in Northampton to get Naga Donner. The chaps running the store Alom and Dulal are very friendly and hospitable.
After checking the review of the pervious people I decided to try this place what can I say the Naga donner was the best I have had loads of chips so crispy and fresh burgers were massive Mexican boxes was addictive couldn’t stop eating it and the best was the naga wings and chicken piece you do her the spicy and tangy flavours from it Well done guys 5** all around!! As for the negative review well looks like people like to make unnecessary comments about good people who make great food ignore the comments and go and see for yourself ????
I have been visiting this place few years now, but I have never meet a person with a such low customer service skills like the lady that was working there yesterday evening (12/07/22) around 8-9 pm.
First of all the restaurant was empty and I had to wait quite a while before she took my order.
Secondly, the lady was very unpleasant and rude. The way she was looking at me and my friend was just awful, the attitude she had… made me think that I was not even supposed to be here.
Thirdly, after our order was done she placed it on the ladder without saying anything and left while we were sitting and talking then after some time I have realised my order was just left there like this.
I’ve asked her politely if she could give us three garlic sauces l, I’ve got one and not even a bye after I thanked her.
Ps. Also, she forgot to put red salt on my fries ???? ????
I don’t think I’ll come back! ;/
