Very very horrible I went got my nails done and they didn't even do a manicure and put a tip on didn't file it just fixed it up. Made all my cuticle bleed.
Nails ended up looking ok, but the guy that did them has very little skill.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever received in my entire life! She didn’t even finish removing my gel polish before polishing my toes. Didn’t clean the cuticle. I literally have to pay to get another pedicure. So disappointed.
Worse service ever made 5 of my fingers my daughters bleed and just laughed when she would say ouch and keep filling like crazy then kept rushing me to choose color and then tried to charge me $175 before ever finishing my mine or my daughters nails and said they couldn’t even do what we wanted.
I went in right before closing. Tammy took her time on my manicure and pedicure. If I visit Ky again, I’ll patronize the business in the future.
Only two employees available on a Saturday afternoon. Pedicure took over an hour and was rushed by the time they actually gave me attention. They were distracted running around all over trying to help other customers. Didn't wait until the light finished drying and ended up having to redo several nails. Even set the light on my toenail at one point. I ended up with uneven gel on my toenails and polish on my skin. Pedicure itself was extremely basic. Very dissatisfied.
Andy and Pam are great! They take their time and do a wonderful job.
My daughter and I got our nails done a few weeks ago. Two days later the polish was all bubbled up. Literally sticky and coming off. I know this is not the experience we were looking for as I have done nails myself for over 20 years. Definitely will never go back there or recommend them to anyone I know. Totally disappointing as we were looking for a relaxing day.
