Quick Facts About James Martin Kitchen

The James Martin Kitchen place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Starting with the strengths, one commenter mentioned that the food was better than Burger King, which suggests that the quality is relatively high compared to other airport fast-food options. Another positive aspect mentioned is the friendly and fast service, with one person specifically praising the bacon rolls and coffee. The staff is also described as pleasant and helpful, with one individual mentioning a particular waitress named Kerrie who provided great service.
In terms of weaknesses, one recurring issue mentioned by multiple commenters is the high price of the food. One person mentioned paying £15 for a chicken burger and a drink, which may be considered expensive for a fast-food meal. Additionally, another commenter mentioned paying €37 for two sandwiches, a wrap, and four coffees, which also highlights the high cost.
Another weakness of the James Martin Kitchen mentioned by reviews is the inconsistencies in order accuracy. Some commenters mentioned that their orders were incorrect, with one person stating that it was not the only order that was wrong. This suggests a lack of attention to detail in fulfilling customer orders, which can be frustrating, particularly in an airport setting where travelers might be in a rush.
Limited menu options are also seen as a weakness by some customers. One person mentioned that there are only three burger options on the hot menu and not much else. Another commenter expressed disappointment in the lack of waffle fries, even though they were listed on the menu. This suggests that the menu may be limited and not cater to all preferences.
Cleanliness is another area that received criticism in the comments. One customer mentioned that the tables could have been cleaner and were full of crumbs. This suggests that the staff may not be diligent in keeping the dining area clean, which can impact the overall dining experience.
One common complaint mentioned by multiple commenters is the lack of vegetarian options and the inconsistency in availability. One person mentioned that the vegetarian option is often out of stock or missing ingredients, while the other menu options are always available. This lack of consideration or communication for vegetarians can be seen as a weakness.
In conclusion, the strengths of James Martin Kitchen include better quality food than Burger King, fast and friendly service, and a pleasant dining environment. However, the weaknesses include high prices, inaccuracies in order fulfillment, limited menu options, cleanliness issues, and a lack of consideration for vegetarians. These weaknesses may negatively impact the overall dining experience at James Martin Kitchen.

Best TL Reviews

Better than burger king but boy do you pay for the convenience. Had the chicken burger, was good. Burger and a drink came to £15 (no fries). Nice enough place to wait for a flight but tables could do with more of a wipe as they were full of crumbs.
No sides available. Ordered 2 croissants and 2 burgers - got the burger order wrong! Wasn’t the only order they got wrong! There is only 3 burger options on the hot menu! Should have gone to Burger King next door!
Je verwacht toch een lekker broodje als je bij James Martin gaat eten. Niks is minder waar.
I am surprised a great chef such as James Martin has put his name to such a kip. 3 burgers on the menu and not much else. Dodgy pre packed sandwiches and don't even have waffle fries even though they are on the menu. Man should be embarrassed to be involved with this
Fast friendly service. Bacon rolls are amazing. Loads of bacon and excellent coffee. Staff were friendly and the tables were cleared and cleaned regularly.
Pro: rarely any queues so can have a quick beer away from the busy terminal. Cons: Overpriced and Everytime I come here the vegetarian option is out of stock or one of the ingredients is missing. Interestingly they never run out of the other menu options. If they don't cater for vegetarians that's fine, just be honest about it. Go to burger King if you're hungry.
The burgers here are way better than Burger King next door, and there are enough tables so that you don't have to struggle to find one when the airport's busy.
The staff is cordial and sweet, which is unusual for the typical assembly-line arrangements at most airport restaurants. The young man at the till named Colin was quite helpful.
Not sure what others are on about with the poor reviews, this is a neat little place to get a filling meal and some respite.
Great coffee…staff really pleasant. Say hi to Kerrie….fantastic waitress and really helpful. Certainly the spot to have a meal. Good tasty.
