This is the place! I'd been looking for a new salon since I've moved. This is it. Tam is amazing! Very talented, fast and friendly. He gives a great massage with the pedi and my dip ombre nails are fantastic!
I have been here several times in the past nine months. Today, James took care of me. My feet feel absolutely amazing! I love the time and attention he took on my tired tootsies. I will be back and highly recommend Jax nails and James!
I did a manicure which I walked in and was taken care of promptly. Staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait for service. Only concern was the gel did not go to my complete nail base making my polish look like I have a week's growth already. They did use lotion at then end of my manicure. I will still venture to another nail spa for my next manicure.
Wonderful salon! Very good staff and all so welcoming! Excellent pedicure! Variety of options! Hot stone and hot wax treatments are amazing!
I have used this nail salon many times before
I was given a gift card for Christmas and misplaced it
I went in and gave them the name of the person that gave it to me and they said I had to have the code number from the gift card
I give up
And that is why you use a reputable salon and not a place that once again is ripping you off

I have been going here for over a year now,. It is the first nail salon I have ever faithfully stuck with in the area. The last manicure I tried powder and it flaked off in a week or less. Because I work full time I could not get back to the salon until the weekend. I simply asked to have it removed and they were going to change me because I was "out of the 10 day window" at 11 DAYS. When I was getting my nails done a lady came in with the some complaint from a manicure almost 2 weeks ago and they offered her A FREE MANICURE. This is disgusting to me. In addition to this, the manicurist cut my cuticle on 3 nails, which I did not complain about at the time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I have been going here for years, but unfortunately their need to make money and not care about the client has become a problem. I’m a very patient person, but when you go in time and time again with a scheduled appointment and have to soak your feet for over an hour it can be frustrating. I had a 1:00 appointment, they soaked my feet until 2:10 and still weren’t ready for me. Sadly, I did not get a pedicure, I had to leave because I have other things to do. I wish they could just be honest, rather than keep blowing me off, saying they will be with you soon. Sadly, I will not be going here anymore. It’s happened WAY too many times.
