Went & had my nails done by the owners wife ,Ava on Friday …the very next day one was starting to peel off, went back that day another male tech fixed it at no charge like two days later two more started to peel, went back & the same male nail tech took them all off except the first one that was repaired and redid them, but was charged for the service….
I have been going here quite a few years but in the last six months it seems like customer service is not a priority. I don’t know if JC is using cheaper products, but NEVER had this problem before! All in a nutshell my nails cost me double the price and now 6 days later another one is starting to peel!! I am so disappointed I guess that I will be looking for another place to have my pedicures and nails done!

First off, I refuse to go anywhere else. JC and his team of talented nail techs never fail me. Every single time I have went my nails have been gorgeous, clean and they take their time with my nails and getting to know me and my style. I cannot express how much I love this place. See you guys in a few weeks for my next set!
I just recently started going here and it is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. I have been extremely satisfied both times I have visited this place and I can't wait to get my nails filled in every two weeks! I also heard they do great eyebrow waxing so I think I will do that next time to. I've received many compliments on my nails.
I had a full acrylic set less than 2 weeks ago (on the 18th) and today my pinky nail popped off and my middle finger nail is about to pop off as well. I've gotten my nails done for six years on and off and I've always waited 3 weeks for fills with no issue. I've never had a nail just pop off. The staff was nice enough when I was there and I actually really liked my nails, but they are not lasting 3 weeks until another fill.
If you are looking for a nail and pedicure place to go, this is it. I have been going to this establishment for over 4 years, the work he performs is always top notch. The prices are fair, the salon is clean, and he cares about his customers. My nails and my pedicure always look fantastic when done. I love this place !!!
I'd give JC Nails a ZERO.. Less than a week ago , I had a full sets done. Within 5 days, two nails pop off and the other nails started lifting, I went into the shop and spoke to the manager, he said, "I've been in this business for over 20 years and I've seen this a lot, since you haven't been wearing full sets over a long period of time, your oil production (my hands) has increased causing the nails to lift." I'm a nurse and I've been in my business along time and I've never heard anything more RIDICULOUS.." Of course he wouldn't HELP ME or meet me half way. I spent $38 for nothing. He's loss several customers, I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO UNFAIRLY IN A LONG TIME.
I went to go get my actylics off (that I also got from there) during both times they were kind, professional and gentle! Incredible owner and I great prices too! If you're in the area there is honestly no better place.
