Great service and my nails turned out super cute! It was a little bit of a wait even though I had an appointment, but probably only 10-15 minutes. I didn’t get the name of the tech who did my nails but she got them done pretty quickly. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be coming back!
My nails came out exactly like the inspiration pic I showed the nail tech - beautiful! And they charged me exactly what they quoted me at the beginning of the appointment. Very happy.
The staff was semi- friendly. I asked the price for what I wanted done before sitting in the chair and was told one price. In the chair the man gave me square nails when I specifically said oval and he said oval was $5 more. The price I was quoted was for oval nails. I’m so sick of shops that add and add money to the costs after they’re half done your nails and you can’t just leave. My nails look like giant thick chiclets bubble gum. I’ve hated them since getting them done. I will never go back to K & D.
Had my nails done beautiful for Halloween! Loved the immediately, but the next day 3/4 of the black nails were totally peeling off. They fixed that day. However, now 1 week later the nails are doing it again. Just 4 certain ones. I called to tell them and was told “no you’ll have to pay to fix. We guarantee 1week” even though I’m asking them to fix the SAME
4 fingers. Paid $100 and that must be more than the people who who deal with such apathy. Nails were to be all black wspider. Seems some businesses have it like this
This was the most horrible experience ever !! Let’s start at they don’t have their prices on the walls just so they can tell you whatever price. I got charged $71 for a pedicure!! I got acrylic on the big toes that was an extra $20 for only two nails with acrylic. The acrylic is lopsided, and uneven, he filed down so much it’s almost back to my natural nail. What was the point of the acrylic? Then they keep trying to throw in prices for getting my nails a color … the pedicure is $45 , does that not include a color? They barely took care of my feet I was only in the water a total of 2 minutes before taken out and rushed through. This is my first time coming back in over a year because I had this same experience last time with throwing in made up prices and not good service. You guys have fell off I used to rave about you .. I won’t be back this time . Side note : I paid $55 for my nails with designs and jewels (different nail salon) and I got nothing done to my feet and it was $71….

Cost me $100 for the size/full set. A bit steep in price. Plus I tipped generously because the guy who did it was Abel to accommodate my request.
They do not accept debit so be sure to bring cash.I also got a pedicure, the pedi was $53 because I got a matte finish.. I definitely like it here just wish it was a little more wallet friendly. Good experience though
I will start with how much I love Kym. She is absolutely wonderful and I have to remember to schedule with her each time I come. If not, the pedicures are absolutely horrible. I ask for the signature spa without the wax each time I come and it varies on what is completed. I come once every 2 months or so, Im not a weekly regular but I would hope that regardless of when I come, The pedicure would be as advertised. The staff are wonderful but the lack of consistency with service is disheartening. If you find someone here who does everything the way you like, stick with them.
I'm obsessed with how gorgeous my nails look after coming here and having Tony do them. I also like that I can pay with cash app
