Absolutely the worst place I could have taken a dog. My moms dog has been here many times as we did our best in giving chances, but this last time was enough. My sister and I dropped our moms dog off at about 8:45-9:00 am one morning. We gave Kimberly the entire day to groom our dog, and when we went to pick her up, she still wasn’t even cut. They said all they needed to do was cut her toe nails. We said okay, so we went and sat in the car and waited. While we waited, we saw them take our dog and hook her up to one of the leashes because they hadn’t even started working on her yet! We could see through the window that she was also trying to bite, which our dog has never done that with anyone before, unless someone was hurting her. Kimberly was being too rough with her and did a rushed job. Once we finally got our dog, her haircut was awful, ears weren’t done, tail wasn’t cut, her face was uneven, and her toes won’t even cut! Not to mention our dog was shaking the entire time we had her in the car on the way back home with us. Kimberly is not a bad pet groomer, but she underestimates her time, and tends to take on too many dogs at home, and fails to have other staff help her and insists she do everything herself. She needs better time management skills and needs to learn to ask for help so that she could do better jobs with other individuals pets. Nonetheless, we will not be back. That haircut was cheap, but was not worth what happened with our dog. Just sharing our own experience with this salon.
Love her!!! Always does a great job shaving our ragdoll cat. She gets so matted up and I know she feels better after getting a good shave. Thanks again Kimberly!!
We have been visiting Ms. Kimberly's Pet Salon for 4 years now. The staff is always friendly, happy to see their 4-legged clients. Ms. Kimberely and her grooming staff has always been spot on when making my dad's little hot mess of a hairball dog look fancy again. She comes home prancing " look at me" and all happy.
Ms. Kimberly is gracious enough to come out to my truck and cut my older box er's nails, which is not an easy task.
The Salon is also a great place to donate towels, blankets, sheets and some dog supplies that you no longer need.
We always take a big bag or 2 of treats to donate as we all know how important a treat is to our fur babies when getting groomed.

Called last minute and was able to work in that day. Very friendly staff, great service and cost was very reasonable.
Called all around to try and get my pomeranian, Livi, a grooming appointment but no one had an opening. Called Kimberly's Thursday and she said she could get to her Friday morning. Took Livi in for the works, Haircut, bath and trim nails. I was not disappointed! When I picked her up she was absolutely beautiful!! Needless to say I will be using Kimberly's from now on for all my dogs!!
