I went in today and seen 3 workers inside one lady was sitting in the pedicure chair and asked what I wanted done I said pedicure she told me to wait for the other customer to be finished. I sat and waited. Then another customer who was getting her nails done said she wanted to get a pedicure also and she needs to be out of there by 11:30 so the male says to me do you just wanna go somewhere else like who does that.
Very friendly and experienced. Great atmosphere and very clean. Wonderful experience!!!

Staff was not friendly when I came in and looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had an appointment. Nails were reasonably priced but they didn’t do a very good job. The shape was ok but they left gel polish and acrylic stuck all over my skin and flooded the cuticles and they were very messy. The acrylics weren’t cleaned up enough. And there’s gel polish cured to my cuticles now
I came to town on a business trip and needed my nails done and didn't know where to go. City nails was recommended to me by a worker at one of the nearby businesses. I must say their service is impeccable. Even though I didn't have an appointment I was seen immediately as I was waiting for them to open. They are worth more than 5 stars in my opinion and won't mind coming back if I lived in Florida.
Had only one nail repaired, service was good. They seem to have more people doing pedicures and less on manicures or take turns doing both. This shop is usually crowded so there is definitely a waiting period. Close to home & reasonable.
Wow!! I thought this was a great, customer oriented nail shop, until they led me to believe differ. I made an appointment to be seen at 9am, which is the time they're scheduled to open, but was not seen. Being that this is a family business with a husband n wife, they definitely should have made a better plan when scheduling appointments for clients. This was very inconvenient due to me having to be to work in Tampa at 10am! I hope they take heed to this review and dont stand anyone else up!
People are friendly. Treated like family. Good job and efficient. Reasonable prices too. I've gotten everything done here. Waxing, eyelashes, nails and deluxe pedicures.
