Barbershop talk stays in the Barbershop! But I can tell you that the service here is exceptional. PB, Shawn, and Robert are some of the funniest people I've been around. Definitely the King in Haystack!!

I scheduled my appointment at 4 pm but he cancelled my appointment at 3:56 without any notice . I didn’t even recognize and reached their location. It is 35 minute away from my house, When I ask why did you cancel in the last moment then he said I have another client at 4:15 pm and he is my regular client and talking rude. Don’t waste your time and money. They are unprofessional.

King Kutz was a great experience! I traveled from Chicago to the Bay area & was referred to Rob who kept me looking fresh during my entire trip. He's great at what he does, the atmosphere is great & it's the best place to get cut at in the Bay!

Was looking forward to my scheduled appointment that I scheduled a week ahead. The Barber changed the time of the appointment last minute on Booksy without even asking me via text or call. I picked the time I picked for a reason it is because I work was planning to go there after work. I canceled the appointment completely I don’t believe that is professional.

I have been getting haircuts here since it opened and recommended this place to anyone trying to gey cut by a Master Barber! Great service and its even got a nice view. Close to the strip and easily accessible without having to deal with traffic. If I could give this place more stars, I would.

Unreliable - not open when they say they are. We were urgently looking for a place for my boyfriend to get his hair cut. This one is supposed to be open, but its not.
