Quick Facts About Klippers Barbershop
Klippers Barbershop has a mix of positive and negative comments, which provide insights into its strengths and weaknesses. To analyze these comments, we can categorize them into different aspects: service quality, barber skills, customer service, and overall experience.
In terms of service quality, there is a range of opinions. Some commenters praise the barbershop, emphasizing that every barber knows how to cut well and that they are professional. They appreciate that the barbers are waiting for them at their scheduled appointment time. This suggests that Klippers Barbershop has a strong reputation for providing high-quality haircuts and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
On the other hand, there are comments that criticize the service quality offered by certain barbers. One commenter mentions that they had the worst haircut of their life at this barbershop. Another commenter specifically mentions a barber from Haiti, stating that he was distracted by a phone call and rushed through the haircut. These negative experiences indicate that there might be inconsistencies in the skill level and dedication of some barbers at Klippers Barbershop.
The comments regarding customer service highlight both strengths and weaknesses. One commenter mentions that they were ignored on multiple occasions by the barbers, feeling unwelcome and unacknowledged. This suggests a lack of attentiveness towards customers and a failure to create a welcoming environment. Another commenter, however, mentions that their girlfriend was promptly served, implying that customer service experiences can vary depending on the individual.
The overall experience at Klippers Barbershop also receives mixed reviews. Some people have been loyal customers for over a decade, praising a specific barber named Pedro for consistently providing excellent haircuts. They mention that the shop is always busy, indicating a strong customer base and satisfaction. This suggests that there is a loyal following and positive reputation associated with the barbershop. However, other comments express disappointment with their overall experience. One commenter mentions that they tried the barbershop three times over five years and were consistently ignored, leading them to conclude that Klippers Barbershop does not prioritize customer service.
In terms of weaknesses, several comments highlight a lack of friendly customer service towards new customers. One commenter mentions that they walked in and were not greeted or acknowledged, ultimately leaving without getting a haircut. This indicates a failure to create a welcoming atmosphere for new customers and might result in a loss of potential business.
In conclusion, Klippers Barbershop has strengths in terms of service quality and overall reputation, as seen through positive comments about professionalism and skill. However, there are weaknesses related to customer service, including a lack of attentiveness, inconsistency in customer experiences, and a failure to create a friendly environment for new customers. These comments highlight areas for improvement and potential weaknesses that may affect Klippers Barbershop's growth and customer retention.

Worst hair cut .all them new people have no idea how to cut and they charge 30 bucks ???? ???? someone please let me know where to go .ruined my sons head .owner needs to fire and rehire. No skills and no experience. Don't go God help them.
Hands-down the worst haircut I have ever received. Most barbers in here look like they are good barbers but stay away from the very first guy when you enter. I don’t know his name but he is from Haiti. First he spoke on the phone for 15 minutes before actually cutting my hair, then he only took 10 minutes to do what I had asked him to do And finally he tried to overcharge me for the haircut when clearly There are signs posting the price of the haircut. None of that mattered as much as the fact that my haircut was by far the worst haircut I have ever received
Amazing barbershop!! They are very professional. Every barber knows how to cut really good. When ever you make appointment, they are already waiting for you to get in the chair at your scheduled time. I promise you will not be disappointed with this place. I've been to many barbers all over the area, and hands down this place is number 1 in my books.
I've been to this Barbershop 3 times in the 5 years I've been living in Elizabeth. Each time I've walked in and said hello and sat down waiting to be served or acknowledged and each time I was ignored by every barber in there until it became embarrassingly clear to them that I was waiting to be called.
I'm from NY, BKLYN to be specific and I've never been treated this way at any Barbershop I've even been to in my 20 years of living in BKLYN. This shop makes new customers feel like they don't belong and this is horrible customer service.
Yet on the flipside, when my girlfriend has gone there a couple of times she was promptly served so yeah go figure.
Where I live there is a Barbershop right up the block about a 2 min walk. I've been there once and was promptly served. They do not speak english well there but went out of their way to communicate and make me feel welcomed. It was the expected customer service you'd expect as a customer walking into an establishment. However Klippers Barbershop is far from customer service oriented (look at the negative feedback they get for this very experience) I gave them 3 tries and they failed miserably every single time and I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Been getting a cut at Klippers for 13+ years now with Pedro. Went to him for the first time the day before my wedding and have been going there ever since....has always hooked me up and would def refer him to anyone. Shop is always packed and is a good environment for all ages. Although I’ve never had my cut done by any other barber there, their chairs are always filled which means they’re doing their thing and keeping customers satisfied. Keep up the good job guys!
My first experience was not a good one and Clippers is a good barbershop. Today I explained to the guys my previous experience and what I wanted and they directed me to Terry. They also apologized for the experience and no, Pedro was not there. That is customer service.
I explained to Terry what I needed done and he assured me, he can do it. One of the best with the scissors, he did my fade literally with the scissors. He is Nice with them and excellent with the clippers! He is my go to barber from now on. Hands down!! Thanks Terry!
Just moved to Elizabeth from NY. Found this barber on google as one of the best barber shops in Elizabeth. Walked in said "good afternoon" no one responded or even acknowledged me walking in the door. No one said hello how can I help you... nothing. I wanted to get my sons hair cut... barbers typically don't like to cut young kids hair but my son is not that type of kid. He actually stays still and doesn't fuss. But they wouldn't have known that b/c after waiting and no one serving us I walked out. Back to Brooklyn I go just to get my son a cut. Horrible customer service to new customers. If you are new to Elizabeth and don't know these barbers DO NOT GO HERE. NO FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!
