Been to a lot of nail spas around Bend, OR and by FAR this place was the best. They were so kind!!! Fun energy, fantastic job and didn't hurt me at all! No cuts, no burns, just a perfect experience ???? exactly what I wanted! Julie is my new go to girl, my family also went and their experience was the exact same as mine! HIGHLY recommend!!
Will did amazing on my ombre set! It's been over a week with them on and the grow out is barely noticeable! No breaks or anything still! I can't wait to return back!
KS nails is the best nail salon in Bend! Amazing service and great quality. Had my daughter, my mom and myself all get manicure/pedicures - all of us had top knot hair experiences. Not sure about the review from Ms James - the woman in her picture is the same one who did my nails. She was friendly, polite, professional, and really all you’re looking for in a nail technician!
My daughter had a very nice experience here today. She had a lovely nail technician who was fun, did a great job and did not cut her cuticles too close (I know, low bar but based on other experiences at other nail places in Bend, it is a welcomed relief). Thank you!

I've been going to KS Nails for a few years. My experiences have been very inconsistent. I often debate looking for another salon. Today put me over the edge and I will not go back. As always I was presented with the "which pedicure" page. I asked specifically if I could just get one of the basic pedicures - but pay for extra massage. It's been a rough stretch for me. The woman told me I need the Deluxe Pedicure and that I would get 10 min of massage on each foot instead of the usual 5 minutes. Ok - that's great. Worst experience. Total - for both feet- massage (if you call it that) was 8 minutes.(Yes- I timed it) While filing and cleaning my toes, she totally gauged my cuticle and skin on of my big toes. In another instance, while filing one nail - she filed the skin of another. At one point I guess she wanted my feet in the water pan and forced my foot into it. (There was not water). But I've had a knee replacement and my knee just doesn't bend that much or aggressively. It HURT. It was not a great experience. The staff could tell I was displeased and did not care. Oh and.. they charge you $2.00 to use a credit card. I won't be going back.
I’m the chair writing this as we speak. What a mistake. I thought it would be nice to take my boyfriend to get nails done while we’re away for the weekend.
I booked us 2 reg pedicures no polish for him, reg for me.
When I came back from the bathroom, I can hear them upselling him from down the hall.
They’re HOUNDING him about if I want gel… AFTER I had picked my color ???????? so she’s asks me again, do you want gel, I said no I picked the color, I show her. she then asks AGAIN!!!!
I say ‘I’m only saying this once more, I’m getting regular polish’.
The lady in the pic tried saying they don’t really know English, blah blah blah I was too harsh. I’m pretty sure she knows what ‘no’ means. We left right after I took this, they charged me full price as well.

Very rushed pedicure. The male owner called 3 minutes before our appointment start time asking where we were and the staff made several rude comments when we walked in that almost caused us to leave. Appreciate them recouping with friendly chat during the appointment but it was all around an awkward encounter.
