If you don't care about what it looks like, and are ok with what they want this place will work. I had the Male tech. He within 5 min started talking Foreign language. Oh how this agitates me. (Try golden nails on west side *If this annoys you too, they actually don't do this*). Anyhow, he starts putting on the tips. I look down after while he cuts the length and say, no, can we go a but shorter. I could barely understand what he said. But it was something along the lines of not much nail for the price if I went shorter? Well I gotta say, $35 bucks I spent I wish I would have went somewhere else. I wish I hadn't of came to him. He continued and I ended up with longer length, although I brought this to his attention. Do I think they are pretty? Yes. But do I
actually wish I could have someone else fix em now? YES! This may sound petty. But it was my money. My wishes, and my like and dislike. Bad customer service! I advise you to find another place. The lady did great on my daughters though.

Okay so I went there about 2 weeks ago for a mani and pedi. They were busy and the girl told me that it was going to be a 45 minute wait. I was cool with that by that time another person walked in and sat down a couple of seats away from me. She asked her the same thing she had asked me. So now we are at 40 minutes of waiting. Client leaving, she tells the young lady who walked in after me to go ahead and pick out a color and sit in the chair. By that time another young lady comes in and needed her broken nail fixed and she was placed in a chair as well! As I sat waiting with my color in my hand I realized that if they would make me wait a whole 45 minutes and take everyone that came in after me FIRST(no appointments)! Then they didn’t deserve my money. I took my hundred dollars that I had to spend on my nails right to EVANS NAILS AND THEY SERVE MARGARITAS AND WINE while you are getting pampered. GO TO EVANS NAILS THEY ARE WAY BETTER!
It was nice at first, but they're kind of rude in there. First of all, $35 for regular acrylic French tips? Are you kidding me? Then, the nail stylist forgot to put my white tips on, so he paints them on. So he charged me $32. Lol. It's only been a week and two days since I had them and I already popped them off. Never coming to this place again. I gave them two stars just for effort. They didn't even oil up my cuticles.
Asked for them shorter and he kept saying okay but wouldn’t cut them.... then rushed me out because they had to get an appointment in. Left nails thick and definitely rushed it
I had been here before and not a very good job. I work at the mall now and Sunday they was supposed to open at noon and they didn't open so I asked security and they told me they had shut down and won't be coming back. I think another nail place is going to be coming to replace this place. No more bad services for anyone.
Horrible service! The pedicure thrones were not sanitary. They used utensils that were not cleaned before or after me. They threw them in a drawer after using them. The lady that was doing my pedicure was on the phone the whole time talking about partying, very unprofessional! One of the guys came over to get my color for a different client and then never brought it back. When I asked for my color back they refused and said he had never taken it from me. It was my personal color from home! Very unprofessional!
My nail place was busy so came to this place. Wrong... Nail guy acted like he was in a mood when I sat down didn't say hello he's grabbing and snatching my fingers then he starts to apply the nail glue my thumb nail comes off and he yells at me like I'm his kid and start snatching my finger again!! I pop off those nails and threw them at him!! Will not be disrespected in your Very Nasty establishment ! I wish I could give you a 0
Not a good experience. I was ignored at first while I was standing right in front of a guy on his laptop. I felt like I was interrupting him. He was not friendly and he seemed like he didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want me there. Will never return there.
