I went here because I was close by and it had good reviews, I can't understand how they got them. To start when I walked in my greeting was an up and down look. Okay, no customer service on the menu. ???? After, my pedicure the tech simply rinsed foot scrub and placed back in pull out drawer. No sanitation here. ???? When asked, I specifically said "No gel!" But the tech proceeded with the process anyway. I said, "Miss, I said no gel." Her response, "It's only $5!" Assuming my reasoning was cost when actually I find it to be just as damaging as acrylic. I'm trying to strengthen my natural nails after years of abuse from these chemicals. I tipped her good anyway to make a point. Finally when I got home I noticed multiple areas on my toes where the clear top coat was nit covering the actual polish. ????????♀️ My experience here was terrible. For the life of me I can't understand how is place is open let alone rated higher than 1 star.
I came in for my nails,and pedi the whole place is very dirty and have a strong urine odor from the pedicure seats,the floors,all around the nail tech area very dusty,they also don’t sanitize the nail equipment after each use from customers,they just rinsed the callus remove,and scrub brush and throw it right down,and use it on the next customer,they don’t thank you for your business before you leave,and their nail and pedicure prices are way to high for such a poorly ran Maintaince nail salon,and the Asians in there don’t like black people they look at you funny when you tell them how you want your nails done,..If you gone pay top notch dollar minus we’ll go to other better cleaner nail salons then this one!!!
The price was right for the service received. It’s been a few years that I’ve been happy about a pedicure. Definitely recommend ❤️
My experience was great, my first time at this salon and im very happy. The tech at seat 10 was great at doing my acrylic filling and pedicure lady did an awesome job with the polish. I will definitely go back again. I came in without appointment and i was seated right away.
Horrible customer service!!! Rude!!! 3 hours and my gel nails are still terrible!!! All different shapes and length!!! I keep giving them a chance but honestly it gets worse and worse!!!
Second time visiting and was very pleased with the work done on my nails. However, my sister's manicure had to be done by someone who isn't very skilled due to an unruly customer (got there at 9:50 AM) who claimed to have waited for "over an hour"; the store opened at 9:30 AM and it's barely 10:15 AM. On top of that, she got even more upset when she was charged $50 for her nails (which are long and most of salons do charge that amount) ???? like how you mad at that price when should've charged you an extra $35 for that disgusting attitude.
Honestly, if it weren't for COVID and I owned this wonderful salon, I would have REFUSED to service disrespectful people or charged them up to $50 to deal with their bull***t attitude. And no, there's no price gouging going on; the price list is the starting price.
Overall, if you want your nails and/or feet looking good, they WILL take their time (I go early in the morning) and their atmosphere is perfect.
I will be back for a third visit soon!!
Nancy (chair 7) is very professional, fast and she does acrylic nails VERY GOOD!!!! I would definitely recommend nancy if u visit this establishment for acrylic nail set, nail design, she also does good with eyelash extensions!! I must add her shaping of nails is definitely on point!!! There is another lady there can’t remember her name bust she has blonde hair and her eyebrow waxing is phenomenal!!!!! I would highly recommend this establishment.
