Doesn’t know what “squoval” shaped nails are. The problem wasn't the lack of knowledge but the fact that the Tech tried to belittle and humiliate me saying that I didn’t know what I was asking for and that there was no such thing! I tried to show her a picture and she refused! Anyone with a cosmetology license in the state of Florida knows it exists ????. She even offered that I do them myself. This place isn’t even worth a star but in order to leave a review I had to give them at least one. They're extremely rude, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lady began shouting, leaving everyone confused and surprised that even a couple of customers walked out in the middle of being serviced because of how she spoke to me. Shocked and embarrassed I Walked out with a smile …. Didn’t want to prove her right if you know what I mean !!!! Sat in my car and cried because it took everything in me to not react negatively. I didn't understand where I went wrong .... LADIES DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE THEY ARE RACIST... I'm certain that if I looked different the experience would have been
much better.....
On Saturday the 11th of February i went for a pedicure it was so poor and her attitude
was nasty they are lacking products to get the job done I was telling her she wasn't polishing my toes properly and up to now my pinky toe is not polished and then she start to curse in her language I only paid my $25 and never tip her I would never go back there service is poor
It boggles the mind how they are still in business. The 'woman' (sits 2nd seat from the door) who i think is the owner/manager is the most bossy and rude person I have ever encountered. I have witnessed her BAD attitude on ever occasion i have gone there. I have tried to be 'reasonable' with this shop even tho she is evil but no more. The instant you disagree with her she starts an argument as if she can't be wrong about anything and she will tell you that you can leave her shop while im certain she is cussing you out in Korean! Is she not aware of the many nails shops all around the area in under a 1 mile radius that are thriving...THRIVING?! She has a huge chip on her shoulder and she is hurting her own business and those she employees. If they want to be second rate shop, then they will BE as long as she is running the show. Sad! I walked out this time and went across the street to the professionals where they KNOW me.
This was the most terrible experience I’ve had at a nail salon Came in on 7/15 with 3 nails missing for a filling the replaced the nails 3 dollars a nail during the session I told the owner who was doing my nails that this nail feels weird (which happens to be the nail that popped off the replaced nail she proceeded to belittle me and be extremely loud to embarrass me I let it go and proceeded with the service it is now 7/21 less than a week the nail that replaced at there salon popped off and two other nails lifting I go in to ask to get it fixed and the owner is immediately angry proceeded to raise her voice and tell me it’s something I did to cause my nails to break it’s my fault nothing to do with them as she continues I tell her I don’t want to argue just want these replaced she starts to fill in one nail and I ask her about my other two nails that are starting to lift and she just tries putting glue on it instead of fixing the filling and I tell her I would like her to fix the filling not just add glue she starts to raise her voice once again and belittle me and tell me it will be $5 a nail now and it’s all my fault so I simply leave! If you’d like terrible customer service and to feel small and terrible nail work this is the salon for you otherwise I’d steal clear from this horrible place ????????♀️
Service was quick and professional. Three different persons worked on me and they all did awesome work. I will be a repeat customer. Pardon the old lady hands. They cannot do anything about that.????

Apparently last weeks good service has been totally wiped out by this weeks "service". This tech was upset because I gave him the number for the color I wanted and it didnt match and he had to change the color. The same thing happened with the 2nd color. He then rushed me through my pedicure. No hot towel, no massage and he man handled my feet. This service sucked.

The woman that owns the shop drilled into my nail I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE! there was a man that sit at the second desk I recommend him but don't to go to the lady that sits at the front desk
Staff is not friendly. Sub par service. If you are the right "type" of customer they are pleasant. If you are like me they have attitude and treat you as if you shouldn't be there. Spa's should be relaxing and every customer should be treated the same. I've been there twice and each experience was the same. The techs need some training on customer service and nail skills.
