I went yesterday and was recommended by a lady in a clothing store. I work in Savannah but from Jacksonville. I had a long weekend in Jacksonville and wanted nails to fit each of my outfits., a comedy event and a adult prom. I asked for two nails to be glitter and three nails to be mood colors. I picked out both colors. My nails were neatly done and well manicured. I was offered water so for politeness and attentiveness I give them a good review. My nails were not what I asked for. I paid good money and My nails don’t change colors. I could tell the ladies begin to talk but they had a funny look to their face. What I wanted didn’t sound right to them but it was what I wanted and what I paid for. It may not make since but my nails always come out as I want. I have low nails because of my profession., but yes I didn’t think about it til this morning but my nails haven’t turned and I place them under hot and cold. The mood was to change from peach to black. I was given regular peach polish. Now I have to get my nails repainted in Jacksonville because I won’t be in Savannah until next week.

The owner was rushing and cut a hole in my nail causing me to bleed for a whole day. When I tried to talk to her about it she started yelling at me. Terrible and would never recommend.
I came for a full set and pedicure. After my pedicure was completely finished I waited for an hour before a nail tech even came to start my nails. The only reason I didn’t leave sooner was because one of the girls came and glued tips on my nails. ATP I just wanted to leave. Terrible customer service. No apology was given. The tech did say she could do it fast, but acted like she was upset that I just preferred to leave. NEVER coming here again. I guess I’ll be going to get a full set and polish change on my toes somewhere else tomorrow.

Sat in salon for over a hour and once waited on they said they couldn’t fix my nail as if they aren’t a nail salon. Never will I go there again. And judging from the price list they are more expensive than the usual salon.
I rarely write reviews, but everyone needs to be warned about this place. If I can give the salon zero stars I would, my experience was completely terrible. I am usually a regular at this salon, but they fired my regular nail tech. The majority of nail techs in this salon are rude and do not care about customer service. They are constantly losing business because of the owner Tony, who is Rude and received multiple complaints because of his attitude. I went to the shop yesterday and have one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. My nail tech was unable to do the nail design I wanted. So, after attempting and failing to do the design I wanted Tony came by and offered his services. I politely declined because I have had negative experiences with Tony doing my nails. When I told him I would change my design so we original person doing my nails could finish it he told me no one in the shop would do a design on my nail. He made myself and others nearby uncomfortable and this is not the first time he has yelled at a customer. If I can find out how to report this place I would do without hesitation, this establishment she no longer be in business.

The set I got after this experience was terrible. The paint job was horrific and they get multiple comments about it. I called up to ask for a refund because my nails look so bad and two nails broke within a day. I was told that I would not receive a refund, but I could come back and someone would fix my nails. I’m at the shop now and I was just informed that Ivy would not let the nail tech fix the paint on all of my nails, but just fix the broken ones. This place is terrible and deserves to be put out of business so individuals don’t have to deal with their mediocre business savvy and overpriced work.
I have been going here since I was a junior in highschool. So 5 years I love it they do my nails for every occasion and every two weeks. They are amazing and cater to you personally. Ivy is amazing at nails. Mrs.Mary can kill some eyebrows.
