Negative word-of-mouth: A customer commented that Lee's Nails has barely any good reviews, which can be detrimental to their reputation and overall business performance.
In conclusion, Lee's Nails place has clear strengths in their eyebrow services and the capability of certain technicians to do a good job on nails and feet. However, the salon is plagued by weaknesses such as unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, inconsistent pricing, lack of attention to detail, rough treatment, and negative word-of-mouth. These weaknesses should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of the salon.

Best TL Reviews

I came in on July 9th for an acrylic fill in. After filing my nails really thin, the nail tech only filled in the base of my nail. The end result left a hump in the middle of all of my nails. I've never experienced a service like this. When I spoke to the nail tech and owner, both said that there was nothing wrong and the nail looked natural. The tech refused to fix the issue and packed up and left. Very unprofessional.
The young lady was good with her design but she kept yanking my hands with aggression. All she had to do was communicate how she wanted me to position my hands. While she was doing my feet she was on her phone the whole entire time and I was scared she might file away too much.. There were also angry outburst coming from other customers who were dissatisfied and the ladies there didn't seem to take heed to what is being communicated to them.
They usually close at 7 so I came in at 6:20 asking if they could file my nails down and the owner and an employee both said no with a nasty attitude. They had no reason why as they stood outside the door with their arms crossed, but they insisted on them being closed. I literally looked at the sign and said you close at 7. She just looked at me and said yea we’re closed. Owner always has a standoffish attitude and acts like your requests are always a hassle. I dont even get my nails done here and I would not recommend
They prices went up Alottttttt
I got my short coffin nails with gel and they charged me 50 but the last time I came I got long coffin nails WITH gel for the same price they make up they prices
I love how they do my eyebrows. I’m a very picky person and when it comes to my eyebrows I don’t just go anymore. I just moved to East Orange and haven’t been able to find my favorite spots but I found this one for my eyebrows.
I'm usually leary of new people doing my nails but Silvia did a great job on my nails and feet.
Ladiesssss this place has gon completely down hill the only good thing about this place is Wendy the ladies just basically was your feet with a lill soap and scrub it a bit and that’s it I said I would never go back there 3 months ago but this time I mean it if it’s not for eyebrows don’t waste your time the lady that did my feet paid attention to everything besides getting the polish on my toenails… never again and I mean it
There was no one in there which is never a good sign but I was in desperate need and I am new to east orange so I'm still exploring. I was told to sit at this booth and the lady was doing her own nails. I sat in front of her for 5 mins while she finished doing her own nails. Very inconsiderate. Mind you, all she was doing was filing. She started my nails and was very rough and kept commenting about how old my acrylic was. I assured her i had just got a fresh acrylic about 3 weeks ago. Shje then said. "it's not her fault she is hurting me, if my acrylic wasn't old it wouldn't hurt". How much sense does that make? I told her to just take them all off. She started ripping them off and I had to keep asking her to be gentle. She seemed angry the entire time she was doing my nails. Maybe because they had no air condition and it was 85 degrees outside. None the less, I will not be returning. There is a reason they barely have good reviews.
