Super lecker and preiswert
best Falafel in Manchester ????
I’ve heard good things about this place so was very keen on giving it a try. The shop was fairly busy when we arrived but didn’t have to wait long to be served. You can get lamb, chicken or mix shawarma and donner, on trays, or in naans or samoon. They also do sandwiches with different fillings. They do pizzas, garlic bread and a choice of fatayer. My wife and I went with a mix samoon and a donner samoon and we shared a lamb fatayer. The fatayer was delicious. The lamb was very flavourful and the bread was soft. The mix samoon was very good. The salad was nice and the meat was tasty. The bread was excellent and made it extra special. My wife also enjoyed her donner. Although I feel that the shawarma is superior as the donner is pretty standard. Overall we loved our lunch. The service was great. They were fast, efficient and helpful. It’s also very affordable. It is cash only or you can do bank transfer. If we ever come back I’d like to try the special box.
Absolutely ???? bang on maybe the best kebab in Manchester the saamoon bread absolute perfect I got the special box and swapped the hollumi and falafel for extra meat and was blown away by the flavours absolute taste sensation party in my mouth these guys really do care about making sure there food is bang on
Few people I work with recommend a visit to Levenshulme Bakery. Glad they talked me into it as the lamb was succulent and the fresh bread was top notch. Definitely going back for lunch!
Decided to visit after all the hype I've seen and heard about this place.
I ordered 2 x mixed chicken and lamb with 2 x portions of chips.
The salad and bread accompanying the meat were flavourful and fresh.
The meat itself, was in our opinion, where it was really let down, it was greasy in between the layers with unrendered fat and not very flavourful. It was very bitty as opposed to a nice chunky meaty kebab.
The chips were nice crisp and fresh with some nice spices sprinkled on them.
The team were attentive and the service was great hence the 2 stars. Obviously this style appeals to others but compared to my local kebab house this did not impress me nor my fiance in terms of the kebab meat.
First time, as good as I've been told. So delicious. Burek and Samoon was top tier.
First Time - and surely will return... the bread is exceptionally soft and tasty - lamb was finished as we went there late around 8 pm... they were closing but they allowed us to sit and eat in the shop despite that, also as a gift for us due to our first time they gave us discount and gave us extra meat as we departed ...
5 star - Ramadan Kareem
