Wow it was a wonderful experience visiting yaal. There service is fabulous. And taste is mind-blowing. Would like to visit again and again
I have been coming to Yaal for months and get the same order regularly. Today I found an actual SAFETY PIN in my food. I bit on it and this is what I found. I called them to tell them and get an answer to which the unbelievably rude manager accused me of lying and told me that there is no way this could happen because they don't use pins. Given that I have regularly gone there for months, there is no reason for me to make this up. I cannot believe I got this response or that this happened and will be taking this further with the authorities.
Good customer service on my first visit. Food is good. Not that spicy like other takeaway places around the area which I prefer. I would definitely pay one more visit soon.
Absolute fascist. Read on. So in Harrow we have a large Asian community from several South East Asian territories. I am from Bangladesh and have frequented this place on weekends when it's a little busier. There are differences observant Asians can tell which territory you would come from. Unfortunately today I came into purchase items and was told there was a price hike. Everything gone up by 20%. Told that the offer was no longer available. As long as I remember there was no mention of an offer. Its not the first time I faced this type of discrimination but really a shame because the food is good but the behaviour is borderline racist. Never going again and complaining to trading standards about no price display on food.
Amazing food with authentic and home-cooked flavour -- and so reasonably priced! I've eaten at Sri Lankan places in London and they don't come close to Yaal. I've ordered from them several times now and they've delivered the food hot and fresh. I'll definitely be returning and recommending them. Fantastic food at an amazing price, making it a no-brainer to return again and again. Thank you, Yaal!
Just terrible quality food and poor customer service. Bought two lamb biriyanis among other items . Bought the item at 19:15 , served them at 19:30 . The food was smelling bad and was not eatable . It was obvious the food has gone off and was not eatable . We reported this to the shop but the response was unbelievably poor and pathetic . . They don't give out receipts and accepts only cash - so we didn't have any proof of purchase .
I was there to pickup the order which is I have made 3 days before. On the time I have place order they have agreed to give my order by 10.00am.i have arrived to the store 10.30 to pick up my order they said It will take 10 minutes every time I asked where is the order.
I was waited there until 12.30 PM and order was not ready yet. When I asked the person on the till how long it going to be she didn't even respond. She start to ignore me. This order for the lunch and it's fo the function at my place. So I realize they are not going to give my order and I have to go home empty hand. Luckily sambal express had the 350 string hoppers to buy without order. So that's what I did.
If your planing to order anything from this store please be carefull They are not ready to give your order as they promise when your ordering.
