First time there. The groomer tool time to sit down with me and ease this mom's anxiety. My 3 babies have all been through bad experiences with groomers or vets. They came back happy and looking so darn cute!!!
Love this groomer! Nell always takes such good care of my teddy. Reasonable prices and always does what you ask for.
I've been a customer for over 2 years but I will not go back
They are now charging a " difficulty" fee if your pet is being "difficult" , what pet wouldn't be if your there for 5 hours, a human would get tired.
I have a shorkie when I went to pick him up, they didn't buff his nails either, they were sharp
And they said take him for a walk, they will smooth out, they said we wouldn't want to hurt the dog.
I then got very frustrated with the groomer, I demanded to speak with the manager especially about their difficulty fee they charge.
Her answer to that was " well maybe if you got him neutered he would behave better"
They lost a customer just over that comment
Years ago I used to take my dog here. Then they nearly sliced off his paw pad and gave him back to me bleeding, as if nothing had even happened. When I saw the blood all over the back seat of my car I went back in and asked what happened. They said they must have nicked him with the razor. This wasn't a nick -- almost the entirety of his footpad was detached, deep into the footpad. It was basically a flap. I took him to the vet, where they put him on antibiotics and patched him up ($300). I told the vet I was told it was done by an accidental razor nick and he gave me a look like, "Yeah, right. :/"
This was the second time my baby came home with cuts. Never again.
I don't know how my previous review on here was deleted, but I'm reposting it so others are aware.
I just bought King a month ago. He's only 12 weeks, 3 pounds, mini poodle. He was very scared at first. He's never been to get groomed before. They were very understanding, patient and caring to King. They handled him with care and when I picked him up, he was happy. Playing with the staff let's me know he felt secure. He wasn't nervous and shaking which means I'm a forever customer.
This is the second dog that I have taken to this salon and they have done a wonderful job and their customer service is superb. They make you feel like family.
We have been using this place for more than 15 years, and before that we used to frequent the self wash dog service they offered at a different location. Great groomers! Great pricing! Accommodating and they always take the time to understand exactly what you want done.
I have been going here for 13 years! The staff is awesome and my pup always looks fantastic... even as an old man!
