Bitte seid vorsichtig bei dieser Unterkunft und versucht sie zu vermeiden. Grund hierfür ist, dass sie die reservierte Kaution auf eurer Kreditkarte direkt abbuchen und eben nicht reservieren.
Das fällt erst bei der nächsten Kreditkartenrechnung auf. Die Unterkunft reagiert nicht auf Emails. Telefonieren ist natürlich schwierig als Deutscher in den Staaten.
Ich hätte der Unterkunft gerne mehr Sterne gegeben, aber in meinen Augen ist das einfach eine Touristen Abzocke. Ich werde nun meine Bank einschalten die das Geld hoffentlich wieder zurückholt.
Wenn ihr also keinen Stress haben wollt, schlaft woanders. Es gibt genug Unterkünfte. Des Weiteren befindet sich das Hotel direkt an der Straße, was ziemlich störend beim schlafen ist.

Then why you’re not answering to my emails I sent you? Sure we had a good stay with you guys but it’s not wonderful if you don’t answer to my emails and I’m worrying about my money. Normal Hotels blocking the amount on your credit card and do not book it. So that’s not the best way to handle customers and that’s why I’m disappointed you and rated you 1 star. I never ever waited 10 days to get my deposit back so that’s not professional. But anyways. Have a great day!
Do not book here! My room was disgusting. I complained to the manager and told him the cleaning people did not do a good job cleaning and he literally told me they do a great job and sounded offended. The room was trashed. The blinds were missing a slat, there was paint chipped everywhere, the microwave was broken, but the worst part, was that I booked this room and paid extra because of the spa tub. The Jets were broken, and when I filled up the water to test it there was all kinds of nasty stuff floating in the water. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was even more beat up. That’s when I contacted booking.com for a refund. I was willing to stay one night if the guy had it cleaned better at least and then get refunded for the other night but then the manager showed up and he literally told me I had to leave. I have never been told I had to leave by the manager of a hotel before. Unacceptable. Worst customer service! To make matters worse, getting a refund was a nightmare! Good thing I recorded the conversation! I believe that’s the only reason I was able to get a full refund. However when I checked in, I was asked for my credit card to put a hold on the room in case of damages. He told me that would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It’s been a week so I just had to contact my bank to escalate the matter! Someone needs to sue them out of business! They have no business running a hotel/air B&B. They are crooks, who can’t clean, and do not understand customer service! Beware!
The room was esthetically good,
The ceiling fan above the bed didn’t work, so we had to leave the windows open all night which wasn’t the best dude to cars driving by all night.
Owner said he would send out a maintenance guy, never showed.
Called the following morning to ask for a partial refund and was basically hung up on.
Great location, nice room and my favorite was the in-room jacuzzi
The room is filthy and disgusting. Multiple stains on the furnitures, Fan filled with dust and dirt, hot tub falling apart, dirty jets, coffe spots on the dirty floor, They said can't give us an other room. Only option they will remove the stained furnitures. Ruined our 5th anniversary. Stayed there 20m. Strongly not recommended. Stay away from the property.
First off, this is NOT a hotel. It is an AirBNB that is pretending to be a hotel. If you are expecting any of the standard amenities that fall in line with booking a hotel, like onsite staff, AC, or an ice machine then you're in the wrong place. You will check in at a nearby business that manages short term rentals and receive a text regarding your room access code. This text message is the only "staff" at the place, and they will not solve any problems. Several problems were encountered during my short stay.
Bugs in the jetted tub and bathroom Jet that fell out of jetted tub, rendering the jetted tub useless
Exposed wiring
Broken light fixture
Giant gap under door that bugs are coming in from
Message on TV stating that internet speed is not adequate for streaming video
Security camera facing inside the room when either door or window are opened
Lack of AC (a standard amenity at most real hotels, and even ones in Big Bear despite the owner's response)
Lack of a true "hot tub" which the listing advertises in addition to the jetted tub.
Lack of a hair dryer in the room which the listing also advertises
Room not "sound proof" as advertised in the listing
And no "view", unless a parking lot counts as a view these days.
