Pedicure tech were pretty good . For a pedicure I would deff return.
Misss#3 I feel rushed it and she’s always encourages gel polish even when you decline the offer. This so call Gel polish already chipped on the third day . I got them down on Sunday evening and the edges and corners paint already chipped. She didn’t even clean my nails nor some of the cuticles on some nails and the ones she did she cut to far that I was bleeding around my nail . There’s a gap on the bottom of the acrylic between the nail bed and the acrylic which is very annoying from what I feel is her rushing, she left once She put me under the light so I knew she was feening to go. My friend also did a mani and said the same thing that they didnt really put much effort into cleaning the nails . For that reason I gave them a poor review . Gel polish really shouldn’t chip especially on the third day … I mean unless it wasn’t done correctly . But I’m not a nail tech so what do Ik I guess
Overall I’d advice you to go somewhere else for the quality that they provide , and amount they charge you , you could probably get much better work done some where else.
This was my first time there March 12 2023. Went in for a gel manicure. Anna tried to tell me to get powder gel and I declined and she argued with me. The outcome of the manicure was decent. However, dirty tools were used on me. Got a lip wax and they reuse the same stick for every customer. Honestly I don’t recommend this place, someone is bound to get an infection.
What a disgusting place! I was in a different area then I usually go and needed a quick pedicure so I came here and let me tell you….the woman who did my pedicure did not rub my feet and did even scrap the bottom with a pumice stone, then proceeds to tell me if I want that it’s an extra $6. I tell her no and then she continues to try to upsell me for a more expensive pedicure. Then, I give her my nail color and she tells me to “Choose something darker”. She rushes the entire time, not taking care and was quite rough with my feet. I asked her more than twice to be more gentle. She ignored this. Then I tell her at the end I will give her $3 for a tip (she’s lucky I was giving her anything at this point bc of how dissatisfied I was), and she tells me “No no, you give me $5 or $10!” . I couldn’t believe my ears. She then tells me that she’s going to charge $5 to my card for the tip instead of $3. I couldn’t believe her! Will never come here again. Rude staff, horrible customer service and tells you what you will give them for a tip! That’s insane to me
Not a pleasant place to get regular nails done. The assistant after filing my nails wanted to straight paint them without do the oil part that usually is done to push the excess of skin. I had to keep on asking her politely to please put the oil and she never did it, instead she insisted to avoid me from asking her. She did what she wanted. Good bye
I’ve been coming here off and on for years, but my last visit was so atrocious I’ll never go back. Normally me and my girlfriend try and go together so we can hang out while getting our nails done as we both have young kids and it’s hard to get out lol. We make appts together. No one cares. We show up. They try to make one of us get A pedicure while other does nails. We explain no. Explain we specially made the appt to do toes and nails at the same time. They get angry and rude with us. And pushy. Every time. We were letting it slide because it was ok whatever maybe it’s the language barrier, but time after time we go they don’t care at all about any appts we make. They make us wait some times for hours. Taking one of us and not the other one so we are stuck there anyway. Last time I made an appt for 4 ppl to all do nails together. At 5 pm. My friend wasn’t taken u til 7:15. They tried to convince me to do my nails and I said no. But they are so pushy. She was like pulling my arm ! I was like ok no thank you please stop grabbing me. And I said we made appt I wish you would tell me you’re too busy for appt when I call and she’s like sorry we were busy we were busy and I’m like no you took people who walked in ahead of me and I’ll never be back. So embarrassing the scene she made yelling for me to get my nails done. And the 3 girls I brought with me who never been will also never go again. Just so aggressive and unorganized. There’s a million better places with in 5 miles don’t waste your time.
This place was very disorganized, overcharged me, even though their price chart says the exact amount they would charge me they charged me extra for stray hairs but failed to make me aware of extra fees.I wanted a nude French tip for my pedicure they gave me a pink French had got my under arms waxed missing spots original price was $13 charge me $16 because she had to do in her exact words “ plucky plucky ” when it came down to tip I was counting it in my hands. The lady walked up to me and took a five dollar bill out of my hands. Assuming I was giving it to her and the other lady wanted more than five she also sis my sisters nails crooked she was told about it and she proceeded to just file them instead.would not recommend it to anybody the place was dirty too many flys bugs use the same file from another person on me. Very disappointed this place has gone down tremendously in quality. Aggressive staff, and my nails were sharp and not filed enough.
I got my nails done and the girl did a mostly messy job to my nails, to mention the owner was pushing me to give them a tip but obviously I did not and they got mad and rude.
Another thing is that I mentioned to NOT put gel but the girl doin my nails put it anyway, on that day i recently clipped my nails and she ask if I wanna do acrylic, but I said “no” and she giggled right in front of me, she was also hurting me and putting a lot of pressure when trying to wipe of the mess she did on my fingers.
I ain’t going back.
