Quick Facts About Nails spa 4 u
Nails Spa 4 U, also known as NP4U, has received a mixed set of comments from customers. These comments highlight both the strengths and weaknesses of the nail salon. Let's analyze the comments to understand the strengths and weaknesses of Nails Spa 4 U.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentions that they have been going to NP4U for five years and have never been disappointed. They praise the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. This indicates that the salon has built a loyal customer base and has been able to consistently provide a positive experience to long-term customers. Additionally, the presence of music, cleanliness, and good smell are mentioned as positives, further reinforcing the salon's commitment to providing a pleasant environment for their customers.
Another positive comment mentions the great attention to detail provided by the nail technician, Ryan. This suggests that the salon has skilled employees who pay close attention to their work and strive for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the positive experience mentioned by a customer who visited with their daughter for a special occasion indicates that the salon has the ability to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for customers.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses mentioned in the comments. Multiple customers expressed concerns about the quality of the nails and the durability of the manicures. One customer complained that their nails popped off within a week, and another stated that two of their nails broke off within two weeks of getting them done. These comments suggest that NP4U may have issues with the quality of their nail services, and there may be a lack of consistency in the results.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is poor customer service. One customer mentioned that their nail technician was on their phone during the service, did not provide verbal directions, and did not follow proper procedures such as soaking the cuticles or washing the hands before applying shellac. This lack of attention and professionalism can greatly affect the customer experience and leave them feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Several customers mentioned long wait times and difficulties in making appointments. One customer complained about being behind schedule and not being able to do designs. These issues can frustrate customers, especially if they have made appointments in advance and still have to wait for a long time. This suggests that NP4U may need to improve their appointment scheduling system and manage their time more efficiently to avoid inconveniencing their customers.
An extreme negative experience is also mentioned, where a customer had a painful and damaging experience with a nail technician. The technician was rough, ripped off the customer's nails, and left glue under the nails, resulting in damage and discomfort. This highlights a severe lack of skill and care from the technician and can greatly impact the reputation of the salon.
In summary, Nails Spa 4 U has both strengths and weaknesses. The strengths include loyal customers, excellent customer service, a relaxing atmosphere, attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable experiences for special occasions. However, the weaknesses include poor quality and durability of nails, lack of customer service, long wait times, difficulties in making appointments, and instances of painful and damaging experiences. NP4U should prioritize improving the quality of their nail services, ensuring consistent customer service, managing their time efficiently, and addressing any skill and care issues with their technicians to enhance the overall customer experience.

Nails popped off within a week. Full acrylics done in a lovely coffin shape, adored the look but the quality. Literally, while turning the shower head on a full nail popped off. Was asked to pay for a replacement. That was fine, I even tipped. By day 9, another nail broke in half and the others were popping up. The top coat and color was seriously dulling. I was doing office work, nothing labor intensive so I couldnt fathom why. I gave up after that. In total with tips I spent roughly $120, without $70 including the replacement nail; not worth it.
I have been going to NP4U for five years and they have never disappointed me! Costumer service is always excellent, while the salon is never too packed which is very relaxing. The salon always has music playing which is nice during your spa care plus it’s always clean and smells good. I go to Ryan and he always over exceeds my French manicure and pedicure in such great detail????… 10/10
The man that did my nails didn’t talk to me at all, he made several phone calls and took several phone calls on his cell phone while doing my nails. He pushed my hands around and didn’t give me any verbal directions. The thing that really got me is that he didn’t use any water to soak my cuticles or tell me to wash my hands before he put the shellac on. He just used a brush to dust my hands. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. Won’t be back.
I use to love going here before Covid but now they are always behind the price increase when they can't even do designs don't even try to do a walk in I've made appts and still have to wait a half hour to an hour the wife and nephew of the owner are my fav only reason I continued to go but I think I'm done after my experience with a new worker a few days ago heard good things about the shop next door to sweet water on s.w. Capital gonna try them out and they have discounts...
I usually love going here but for some reason this time my nails weren’t done like they usually are. I haven’t even had them done for 2 weeks and I’ve had two nails break off, both doing things that wouldn’t break a nail off if done properly. I had to cut the rest of the nails down so it didn’t look so stupid. Completely disappointed in the fact that I paid $60 plus a $20 tip just to have this happen. Unfortunately this has happened twice before but I overlooked it until now because at this point I just wasted a lot of money. The only compliment that I can give at this point is the lady that works there did an amazing job painting the art on my ring fingers (she wasn’t the one that actually did my nails). Like I said, I usually love going there but after this third time I can’t waste my money there anymore.
Had an amazing experience with my daughter for her 16th birthday. We got pedicures and she got a set of nails. The pedicures were amazing, and not rushed at all. They took their time and made us feel like they weren't busy at all. The gentleman who did her nails joked with her and I, and made the experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be going back. Her nails are beautiful!

Today was my first time here and I was presently surprised. I walked in and every nail technician was with a customer. They told me it would be about a 25 minute wait. I had not scheduled an appointment in advance so this wait time is pretty normal
I would suggest to call ahead because it's busy and for good reason. I got a shellac pedicure and an acrylic manicure. The technician who did my feet was friendly and although they were extremely busy he gave me the best customer service not taking any shortcuts and not being in a rush. Did I mention how clean this place is? The foot baths are all lined with plastic so after each use the used liner is thrown out and replaced with a new one. All the tools are also new for each client. The person who did my manicure was friendly and also provided great customer service. I highly suggest this salon. They are very busy, but the quality of the nails is superb! I would also recommend going to the salon with patience. They do quality work and quality nails take time. Going in knowing you may wait an hour I feel is worth it for a quality product. I paid 45 for a full set manicure and 45 for a pedicure.
Also they DO NOT do dip or gel nails!!
I've only ever had my nails done professionally 1 other time. I am fortunate enough to be able to grow my own nails. However, my daughter's wedding was coming up and I had cut my own nails short, so when she and her friends were going and invited me, I went. The man was extremely rough and rude from the beginning. I wanted shorter, natural looking nails but when he started to cut them to the same length they already were, I asked him if they could be a bit longer. He RIPPED them off and from then on, it was nothing but painful! I was in tears and my daughter's friends even intervened. There was so much glue left under the nails when he was done that my skin was stuck underneath and pulling. My daughter's friends said something to another tech there and they tried to remove some of it, but there was too much. That was at the end of February. It's now the end of August and my nails are FINALLY starting to grow back. It took almost 3 months and 5 tries with acetone soaks just to get all of the nails off finally. Then the peeling and thinness took another couple of months to repair. NEVER AGAIN!
