Quick Facts About Lisa Nails and Spa

Lisa Nails and Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, indicating both strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
One of the strengths mentioned by a long-time customer is the overall satisfaction with the nail technicians. The customer mentions that they have been coming to the salon for 10 years and have never been dissatisfied with any of the nail techs. This suggests that the salon employs skilled and experienced technicians who consistently deliver satisfactory results.
Another strength highlighted by a different customer is the excellent service provided by a specific technician named Ling. The customer specifically mentions Ling as their "all-time favorite" and describes her as the best. This indicates that some of the technicians at Lisa Nails and Spa have developed a loyal customer base due to their exceptional skills and service.
Additionally, the loyalty and dedication of some customers are evident. One customer mentions that they have been receiving pedicures from a specific technician named Le for 20 years, even after moving out of state. This shows that the salon has created strong relationships with some customers, who are willing to go out of their way to continue receiving services from their preferred technician.
Despite these strengths, there are several significant weaknesses mentioned by disgruntled customers. One recurring issue is the roughness and lack of proper technique displayed by some technicians. Multiple customers complain about technicians being rough with their nails, cuticles, and fingers. One customer even states that their fingers hurt due to excessive filing. This suggests that some technicians at Lisa Nails and Spa may not prioritize gentle and careful treatment of their customers' nails and skin, which is an important aspect of a good salon experience.
Another weakness highlighted by multiple customers is the lack of attention to detail and poor quality of certain services. One customer mentions that their nails ended up being completely different sizes, indicating a lack of skill in shaping and measuring. Another customer complains about the dip powder service, stating that their nails started breaking within three days, even though they typically last three weeks when done elsewhere. These comments indicate that some technicians at Lisa Nails and Spa may not have the necessary expertise or training to perform certain services to a high standard.
Furthermore, a common complaint among dissatisfied customers is the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by both the manager and other salon staff. One customer recounts a horrible experience on the eve of her wedding, where she ended up with bald spots on her eyelashes due to the negligence of the technician. The customer reports that both the manager and her husband were rude and unhelpful when approached for a solution or refund. This suggests that the management and staff at Lisa Nails and Spa may lack empathy and proper customer service skills.
In conclusion, Lisa Nails and Spa has both strengths and weaknesses based on customer feedback. The salon appears to have a number of skilled and satisfying technicians, as evidenced by positive comments from loyal and long-time customers. However, there are noticeable weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service quality, rough treatment by some technicians, lack of attention to detail, and poor customer care from the management and staff. These weaknesses can greatly impact the overall experience for customers and may need to be addressed in order to improve the salon's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Tried this place today, big mistake! Tech was in such a rush. He scared me with the equipment and was so rough it hurt. I told him but he kept going. He had no idea how to shape or check for measurements. My nails are completely different sizes. $45 wasted, the manager said "okay come back I fix for you". Why on earth would I come back?! Thumbs pictured quarter inch difference in size. ????????‍♀️
I went here to have my nails and toes done plus my eyebrows waxed. This time was important for me because I’m getting married in 2 days. Only way home I felt something wrong with my eyelashes but thought maybe wax got on them and they were sticking together . I came home and looked in the mirror and I have 2 bald spots on my left eyelashes. One chunk at the end and a big chunk in the middle. This has NEVER happened to me before. I have really long, dark lashes and you can definitely tell. I called and spoke with Theresa and her husband. She told me there was nothing she could do. She said “she gave you a mirror after and you said “ok””. I told her I was checking out my eyebrows I didn’t know to make sure all of my eyelashes were still there. I mean come on. She said “I don’t know because I can’t see them”. I told her I could come back and snd said they are closing. I asked her if she can put fake lashes in the bald spots and she said that although she does do that at her other shop across the street she has an appointment tomorrow and can’t help me. So I asked for some sort of refund and nope she won’t do that either. I am devastated that I’m going to have big chunks of my eyelashes missing on my wedding day. They were VERY rude and didn’t seem to care at all. This is my first review I have ever written for a business. The husband is also pushy and rude. Always rushing you and doing scratch offs. Such a horrible experience.
Whoever the new guy is, is rude. He throws your hands around any type of way when polishing nails. He never says please, he just talks like he is giving out commands. My fingers hurt bc he filed the heck out of my finger nails. He is also rough with cuticles. I wish John was there.
I love this place! I've gotten my nails done here for 10 years now and am never dissatisfied with any of the nail techs!
Ling is my all time favorite!! She’s the absolute best!!!
They don’t know the proper way to do the dip powder. Mine usually last 3 weeks when I get them done elsewhere, but here they started breaking the very first week - 3 days to be exact! A waste of $45!
Le has been doing my pedicures for 20 years now. I moved out of state and still come to see her once a month! I've had other pedicures, but they're nothing compared to Le's. I don't know what I'll do if this woman retires.
I reviewed this nail salon 2 yrs ago and was pleased. I've been going here for the last three yrs. Usually John does my nails and usually I'm pleased. He's been out the last several times I've gone for a fill or full set of acrylics. The older man Billy did my nails a couple of times and always hurts me by sticking his fingernail in my cuticles and he's very rough. Then I had Teresa do my nails and has burned me with the electric filer. Felt like my finger nail was burning. Finally I got an appointment with John to do a full set again. Everything was going great until he literally burned my skin with the electric filer I had a blister and it was sore for 4 days. He didn't apologize or give me a discount. So I did not give him a tip. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and never has anyone ever hurt me before. Three people from the salon have hurt me. I won't be going back there again.
