I love Lisa’s perfect cuts. I’ve been going here regularly for 4 years now. They get me in the chair fast and give me the best cuts in under 30 minutes every time. Went in on Wednesday, waited about 5 minutes and was done with my cut within 20. They’re always so friendly and skilled.
It took me about 40 minutes drive to this store on last Friday after work, and in a big rain. I asked the staff if I could get TINA to help me. Tina was standing there and helping with the other customer, she said she had two more appointments and if I could make an appt. the next day. I noticed there are about 3 men waiting, and 4 or 5 store staff working there. It was 5:30pm, I told her I can wait but it's impossible for me to come again since it's long distance and rain the next day. She then changed to she had a lot more customer waiting and insist me to come the next day. I understand it's easier to have an appt, but based on the situation at that time, it would be a very different story if TINA is kind or easy communicate to the customer, unfortunately, I think she is rude!
Use this place if you really can't afford anything else. Wait times can be higher than one hour at times, and people don't respect the line - and staff doesn't care. I use to like this place, had my haircut there for 20 years, but it is not worth it. Also, the quality of the haircut varies a lot depending on who you get.
No use at all to call in advance. They make you wait in the line of other customers as well. They do not respect your time at all.
I watched them do 1 teenager and 1 adult's hair. They just use with the guided comb. Buy one on Amazon and do it by yourself.

Fairly priced Asian owned hair cut shop. The barbers are friendly and do a pretty good haircut aligning with our expectations.
If you're looking for a low cost basic trim, this is the place. I have very long, straight, thin hair that I don't cut often, so I knocked off a few inches and got new layers for $20. Couldn't be happier.
Worst haircut my child ever had. It’s even worse than those I did myself during COVID.
