The customer service was great and the lady that did my nails was super sweet and did a great job! I didn’t get her name but if I did I would recommend her 100%. I got exactly what I asked for. Price is reasonable, and was in and out the store less than a hour. If I do plan on coming back again!
This place was amazing. They’re all so kind and accommodating. My friend and I went and each of our nail techs paid close attention to detail. Angela especially! Her nail art was also phenomenal. This is now my favorite place in town. And the only place I’ll get my nails done from now on.
My daughter went here a week ago. The entire set up is relaxing. They really pamper and know what they are doing. We only get pedicures. The staff are Very nice ????
The tech acted as if she was in a race woth some one to finish my nails. She nicked me a couple times. I'm not picky about my nails but when I left u can see the lines in my polish and I got a gel coat
Lady barely spoke so don't know her name. Everything I wanted she said she wasn't doing and it was not anything hard just real simple. She did not cut them down as low as I requested multiple times. I had to get kids off the bus so I just dealt with it. Now 6 days later they are already needing a fill in and coming up. I have never had a nail start coming up like this.
I wish I would have read the reviews as I normally do for 1st time visiting businesses. The owner has no customer service skills at all. I went for a fill. By the time she finished cutting and burning me, repairing the nail she broke, I ended up paying $75. I was very disappointed and refused to say anything about the overcharge. Usually when nail salons aren't doing well (like this one) they will find ways to try and get the money they aren't making. My 1st and last time there...and I picked up on the prejudiceness...the nerve..
First time customer. I was amazed at the wonderful job they did. Friendly service, clean salon, and outstanding service with attention to detail. Although I didnt catch the technicians name, she was very sweet and paid great attention to detail.
My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.
