My son love getting his hair cut here
I had an appointment and waited four days to get my son’s dreads touched up. She wasn’t there for the appointment time so I left after 15 mins. I even called and got no answer. Nor did I get a call back. Horrible!! No respect for the customers time.
She needs to know how business works. I called to see if I can get an appointment and she told me she's free the whole day. I drove allll the way like 30 mins and when I entered she was like "oh I just wanted to see the texture and your locs size now you can come back tomorrow " I was so passed but I just left because I didn't want any problem.
Made an online appointment with them I showed up on time, the barber told me that you don’t have an appointment with me and I had to wait 2 hours to get my hair cut done.
Not happy with their service too.
Avoid going to this place
I went and got my locs done today for the first time and I love them! She even did me a style and put in hair accessories. I would definitely recommend her!
