Quick Facts About Nails Hair & Spa Salon
Nails Hair & Spa Salon is a place that receives mixed reviews from customers. While there are some strengths mentioned in the comments, such as the quality of the eyebrow services provided by Michelle, there are also several weaknesses that need to be addressed.
One of the major weaknesses mentioned by multiple customers is the high prices charged by the salon. Customers feel that they are overcharged for the services they receive, such as paying $60 for a French tip fill, $65 for dipping powder nails, and inconsistent pricing for the same haircuts. These high prices make customers feel like they are not getting value for their money and result in negative experiences.
Another common weakness mentioned is the poor customer service from both the employees and the owner. Several customers experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from staff members, with instances of employees arguing with customers and the owner being disrespectful. Customers also felt rushed during their appointments, leading to subpar service and uneven and poorly done nails. The lack of attention and poor customer service contributes to an overall negative experience for customers.
Cleanliness is another weakness mentioned by one customer who felt that the salon was dirty and unhygienic. This is a significant concern as it can impact the health and safety of both customers and employees. It is important for a salon to maintain high cleanliness standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In terms of strengths, some customers appreciate the skill and expertise of Michelle when it comes to eyebrow services. These customers have been loyal to the salon for several years and have recommended it to others solely because of Michelle's proficiency. This indicates that there are talented individuals at the salon who can provide excellent services, but they may not be consistently available to customers due to booking issues.
It is evident from the comments that there is inconsistency in the quality of services provided. Some customers have had positive experiences with their nails and pedicures, while others have had issues with lifting nails, uneven application, and the use of unhygienic tools. The inconsistency in service quality makes it difficult for customers to trust the salon and results in a lack of loyalty and repeat business.
The issue of nail technicians damaging natural nails by incorrectly removing artificial nails is a significant concern. This lack of care and professionalism can cause harm to customers' nails and result in pain and discomfort. It is essential for the salon to address this issue and ensure that proper techniques are followed to avoid damaging customers' nails.
Additionally, the inconsistency in pricing for the same services raises questions about the transparency and fairness of the salon's pricing structure. Customers expect consistency and fairness when it comes to pricing, and the salon should address this issue to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, Nails Hair & Spa Salon has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. While there are employees who are skilled in certain services, a significant number of customers have had negative experiences due to high prices, poor customer service, rushed appointments, inconsistent service quality, cleanliness concerns, and damage to natural nails. These weaknesses need to be addressed if the salon wants to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I came in for a fill, the woman didn’t talk to me at all the whole time. I asked for French tip. The woman did French tip by hand and I was charged $60 I have never paid this much for a French tip fill in my whole life. I will never be going back!
I have been going here for years for eyebrows. (Michelle is amazing at eyebrows) but that’s the only good thing about that place. I have been a consistent client for probably close to 8 plus years. I have recommended so many people for eyebrows. And after my experience with the owner I will not be returning. Very rude. Unprofessional and denied me a cooperate number. He is going to run that place to the ground!!
My wife got her nails done here for the first and last only time. First off they charged her the most she's ever paid for a set of dipping powder nails at a whopping $65 bucks and who knows why a $5 tip for the worst looking rippled nails that were so thin that she broke her first nail on day 2! By the time she was at day 5 she had more chipped and broken nails than she did any whole rippled, thin whole nails... So it'd be safe to say that she'll never return to this place ever and from what I witnessed from her $70 bad decision to try this is.... DONT EVEN TRY IT! Go somewhere your familiar with, because every time she goes somewhere new, it usually turns out to be a mistake! I've seen her get nails done at Walmart at steelyard Commons that looked like she paid $80 but only spent $50 and was really happy.. Good luck..
got this full set done on 7/13 and it’s the next day and there’s lifting already and their so thin and uneven paid $40 plus tip for this 10 min full set so upset wasted my time and money here. place is so dirty and got a pedicure done as well and she was trying to use a foot scrubber that’s been used on other clients
I've actually gone many times over the years, but will not be returning after today. I get the same services each time, but the price is ALWAYS different? They're always in a rush, so it's reflected in the quality of the work performed. They argue with customers in front of other customers! I'll miss Michelle, who is the nicest one there, but she's always booked, so you end up with the less qualified employees. Farewell!
I love getting my eyebrows done here. Michelle is the only one who know how to do my eyebrows. But I’m going to be honest, no one could pay me to get my nails done here. Poor service and always rushed when they are doing them. Cuticles gets cut, shape is horrible, the polish is never even. Use to get my nails done here, but I stopped. So only come to get my eyebrows done. Also, the pedicures are a hit and miss. You just got to catch the right person.
The man who sits at station number #3 is very rude and unprofessional. Paid for a service that was very poor in quality for the money I paid. Tried to explain to him that I didn't like the shape of my nails and how everytime I go into get a full set he pops my nails off instead of soaking them off and I feel as if he is damaging them because my real nail rips and it hurts. He got very defensive and told me to go somewhere else if I don't like it instead of trying fixing the issue. Then told me all I do is complain. This is my first time complaining about anything everytime I go in this place I tip for my nails, eyebrows and toes individually I have my receipts to prove that. never have I felt so disrespected by a business owner in such a manner. This is not the first time I have gotten my nails done! I get them done faithfully every 2 weeks so I know how they are suppose to be done and look will post this all over social media and I will tell my friends to do the same.
I drive an hour to get my hair cut from the man that owns the place. I don't know him personally. Today he was so rude. When I asked if there was anyone to cut hair he waved me off like I was a bug. I will not be going back there ever again. He is so rude and unprofessional. And the price is always different I get the same cut every time but it's always a different price.
