This was a great experience. Although I didn't get the tip I wanted(oval) this actually looks so cute and I do love them. My nail tech was nice gentle even while clipping my cuticles. I appreciated that very much. I think I found my new salon and that has been hard to do. Thank you for a wonderful time and I will see you back in three weeks for my fill in :)
The waxing tech LouLou is so rude and disrespectful. She did not cool the wax down before applying it to my eyebrows and this caused my skin to burn. Everytime I get serviced there she has an attitude. Do not come to this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.

The lady who did my nails was more concerned with gossiping amongst her peers than doing my pedicure. They quoted me one price, then charged me another. And also tried to talk me into a more expensive pedicure but after how terrible the service was to begin (the water was LUKEWARM at best) with why would I subject myself to a longer, more expensive and probably more disappointing experience?
My toenails are shaped poorly and the paint job is not neat. I won’t be coming back.
They close down I used to go there all the time and I do very good work but I have not been there in quite some time and when I called they was out of business and I went to the place and the building was very empty and it looked like in our head it worse is a nightmare so like I said I miss the place so much but I know they should be able to open up another place and serve the customers because they really did good work inside There
Just happened to find this place on Sunday after so many nail shops are closed due to COVID.....yes I’ll say its not in the nicest shopping center and it’s not the best looking shop but hey I can appreciate those spots sometimes aka a little hood spot.... I am so pleased with my nails and I am very picky on how my nails are done. I will drive and pay whatever for great work and great service. Nail shape, acrylic lay and polish is on point. Went to lulu to get my eyebrows and lashes and it’s one of the best jobs Someone has done. Now I did witness a little back and forth from an unhappy customer but hey those things are gonna happen everyday so great job and I’ll definitely be back.
I have been getting my nails and eye brows done there for about 10 years they are really nice people. John does the best nails and his wife Lulu does the best eye brows and lashes in cobb county.
I stopped in to get a pedicure since my car was being maintenanced near by. They were nice and welcoming but the job was rushed (took less than 20 mins) and I didn't even receive a massage. For the same rate anywhere else I've gone has taken at least twice as long and made sure to massage my legs and feet.
