Quick Facts About Nail Boutique & Spa
Nail Boutique & Spa has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the place, we will analyze the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that Kyle and Tammy are fantastic and do incredible work. This indicates that the salon has skilled technicians who are capable of providing high-quality services. Additionally, the customer mentioned that they are the only place they will go, suggesting that the salon has built a strong reputation and a loyal customer base.
Another positive comment highlighted the great consumer service provided by the salon. This implies that the staff at Nail Boutique & Spa are friendly and attentive to their customers' needs, which is an important aspect of creating a positive salon experience.
The transition from acrylic to dip polish was also praised by a customer. This indicates that the salon keeps up with the latest trends and offers a variety of options to cater to different customer preferences. Being able to adapt to new techniques and technologies can be seen as a strength of Nail Boutique & Spa.
Moving on to the weaknesses, several customers expressed dissatisfaction with the speed of service. Multiple comments mentioned that the technicians rushed through the nail and pedicure process, resulting in subpar results. This suggests that the salon prioritizes efficiency over quality, which can be detrimental to the customer experience.
Furthermore, the attitude of the technicians was a common complaint among customers. There were instances of rudeness, impatience, and condescension reported by customers. These negative interactions can greatly impact the overall experience and may deter customers from returning to the salon.
Inconsistent and sloppy work was also mentioned in some comments. Customers reported issues such as smudged polish, poorly painted nails, and failure to properly attend to cuticles. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and a decline in the quality of service provided.
Another weakness identified in the comments was the lack of cleanliness and hygiene practices. One customer mentioned that the technician painted over old nail polish instead of properly removing it. This raises concerns about the salon's commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Price was also highlighted as a weakness in one comment. A customer mentioned being charged a high price for a subpar manicure and pedicure. This indicates that the salon may not provide good value for the prices they charge, which can be a deterrent for potential customers.
In summary, Nail Boutique & Spa has strengths in terms of skilled technicians, great customer service, and a variety of services. However, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed, including rushing through services, poor attitude of technicians, inconsistent quality of work, cleanliness issues, and high prices for subpar results. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the salon to enhance its reputation, retain customers, and attract new ones.

Just left here but the service is HORRIBLE!!! The man done my nails so fast, they came out ugly and cuticles were not touched. Another man who done my toes messed up the gel 4 times and kept scratching them off to redo them. He didn’t fully complete the pedicure process and seemed rushed and frustrated. My total was 109, never coming back EVER !
Great consumer services but rush job on your pedicure and nails. Don't asked is everything good. Don't paint your nails good.
After trying salons all over town, this is the only place I'll go. Kyle and Tammy are fantastic and do incredible work! Kyle always does my hands, and even though it took the pandemic for me to finally try it, he swapped me from acrylic to dip polish, and I'm so glad I did it. Tammy has done my nails a couple times also, and I highly recommend them both!
I went to get a color change on my toes and nails and the technician was pushing to get a full set and pedi. It’s not time for all of that. Very pushy and condescending. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. She was also rude to the lady next to me about making her water hotter. Left her sitting in luke warm water for about 20 min. I asked the lady about her water and the tech was like “she had to wait because she need her water hot, she’ll be fine”. Just RUDE.
I also had a bad experience once before. I’m thinking I learned my lesson this time!
Not very welcoming. They rush you in and out and get agitated very quickly if you take longer than 2 seconds to choose a color. I paid $28 for a pedicure just to have it rushed and the lady acted as if she really didn’t feel like doing it. Her attitude was not the best. I paid for a manicure and the paint quickly bubbled. I use this location because it is next to Publix but today will be my last visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless their attitudes and customer service and them caring to actually do a good job changes. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.
They usually do good work. Today was diffinitly a day to conseider finding somewhere else to go. Polish was smeared, not neat nor did she paint the side of my toenails. She did not remove the extra skin from pushing my cuticles back. For the increase in cost and consistently asking for tip their service should be/needs to be better.
This nail salon has always been my first go to until this past year, and won't be going back again. This last time I received a manicure, my nails were so incredibly filed down that you can now see my finger skin when I look at my nails (they were not even close to this length when I went in.) Honestly, kind of painful and when I would pull my hand back the woman yanked it back. The paint job looks terrible. Then to top it off, I was charged the top of the line price, I paid - assuming she would finish. Instead she walked off and did a pedicure for someone else. When I asked, she said something indecipherable and turned her back again. I miss the fella that used to be in the first chair, he did a great job and was friendly. Not sure what has changed, but there has been several employees change over and not for the better.
Unfortunately, I will not be visiting here again. The manicurist painted over my old black nail polish with the neutral I requested rather than removing it. I went back in and asked her to fix it and she argued with me that it was something under my nail and not nail polish. Her solution to fix it was to cut my nail down into the quick.
