Weaknesses:

2. Inconsistent quality: Another comment states that the customer was not satisfied with the quality of their nails, as they were different shapes and the paint chipped within a day. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and inconsistent delivery of high-quality services.
3. Pricing discrepancies: One customer mentioned that there were discrepancies in pricing, with different charges for the same services. This can create confusion and frustration among customers, potentially leading to a negative experience.
4. Lack of proper training: One comment states that the nail technician did not listen to the customer's preferences and did not fix any issues pointed out. This suggests a lack of proper training and skills, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes for customers.
5. Limited amenities: While one comment mentions a massage during the nail drying process, there were no further mentions of additional amenities or spa-like experiences. This may be a weakness compared to competitors that offer more luxurious and relaxing experiences.
Overall, Blooming Nails has strengths in terms of friendly staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, and the variety of services offered. However, there are clear weaknesses in areas such as customer service, quality consistency, pricing discrepancies, lack of proper training, and limited amenities. These areas of improvement should be addressed to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers.

I usually go to first lady nails in liverpool (amazing place, ask for tanya) but i was in camillus so i decided to go to Blooming nails. I had gone there a few times when they first opened and was satisfied but after covid i heard many horror stories but decided to go and see how it was personally. worst mistake i made. I was not welcomed like a regular salon. The woman working on my nails did not say more than 5 words to me. I had to put the picture of what i wanted up on the desk because she never asked. I asked for acrylic which usually is with a brush and acrylic powder but instead my nails were dipped into powder maybe 3 times and then coated. the woman went extremely fast and i am not exaggerating when i say every single one of my nails is a different shape. They were also arguing in front of me. I am a very shaky person but i do not move a lot and the woman was telling me to stop moving and HIT MY HANDS TO TELL ME TO STOP MOVING. she wouldn’t tell me how to move my wrists instead just yanked my hands all around which caused pain in my wrists. i cant bend one of my wrist the way she was bending it but she was forcing it down. Then i got a pattern similar to what i asked but it wasn’t the same. It’s a day later and my nails and the paint are already chipping. i paid $70 for this set when i get QUALITY nails for around $50 at first lady nails. I tipped $10 even though i was extremely displeased with this service. I wish i could give zero stars but it won’t let me. i will never come back to this place and honestly i want a refund because these are NOT $70 nails
Every person that worked there was extremely friendly. My nephew was having a hard time sitting and they gave him a chair to sit next to me. Both my person and my daughters helped us with our colors (pedicures)
I went into the salon on a whim. I wanted my nails done a certain way and hadn’t gotten them done in forever. I was seen immediately and when I say I LOVE them it’s an understatement. Linda was so detail oriented and did them exactly how I described. She even gave me a quick massage at the end which was AMAZING!! The entire staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. I look forward to going back!
When you walk in they are very attentive. They got me right in and did a wonderful job they give you a massage as your nails dry which was much needed????
Regular pedicure $30… the water was Luke warm nothing added to it. Used the machine to remove cuticles and cut me on 3 toes. The lady was rushed and distracted the entire time. No hand hygiene whatsoever at this place with anyone. My pedicure looked like my 4 year old niece did it. When I asked her to correct it in a few spots she was frustrated and messed up more toes in the process. End result: lumpy mess. She was so rude that she didn’t even say thank you for the tip or goodbye, she just stormed off. I’ve been to this place for years and it has progressively gone down hill. The owners seem nice, but I think that was my last time there.
If I could give them zero stars I would! I've been here around 4 times and have nothing but terrible experiences. Today I went in to get a full set, the nail tech did not listen to be about anything, wouldn't make them the length I wanted or fix anything I tried to nicely point out... By time he was done I was so frustrated and when I looked at the final result I was devastated. They wanted $50 for the worst nails I've ever had done...
Classy and clean nail salon at a great price. They take great care to ensure satisfaction of their clients. Love the movies they have playing to watch while you get your work done.
First let me say that the salon was very clean and all we’re wearing masks as requested. As I sat in the pedicure chair waiting there were two price lists. One said a gel pedicure was $45 and the other said a spa pedicure was $50. I was instructed to choose from the second list then informed that the gel polish was $15 extra. I know I should have spoken up at that point and that was my mistake. With a $15 tip that made my pedicure $80. The idea of two price lists was misleading. Let me add that my sister received a gel manicure and was only charged $30. Huge discrepancy in cost of services. I won’t be returning
